The current structure is more or less based off of how it's done in the games. It's true that if no one every misses a retort, the person who insult first will lose. However, in most matches someone will screw up a retort or two. Also, I think most matches take long enough as is.

Yeah, the fight between Silver and myself is the exception, not the rule. Usually, a retort fails at least once a match.

We're just that darn good.

One of my matches went completely without a fail of a retort (I think, I'm checking right now) and I thought I saw a few other matches with no fails, but I guess it's just too uncommon and it is probably just the best to keep it the same.

~Kay sorry for the double post but I gotta ask, can I become a judge here? I think I have a pretty good understanding of how this all works, I've read alot of info about the games and all (I read every wiki on the games I could find and even more from Google), I get how most retorts and insults work and all, what should fail, pass, or what so I was wondering if I could become an official judge, if you think you want to test me, two judges could host a training match for me to judge by myself and determine my abilities and all. So, it's up to the judges obviously, whatever you decide, you don't even have to give me mod-powers in this section, I think I could do it without them, but, like I said, 'tis up to you.

Ya want mah opinion 'ere? I'd hafta say no. We seem ta be doin' ok with what judges we got judgin', and basides that... ya only ever won once, and against White_Samurai who ain't much of a threat. Ya never beat the Swordmastuh. Ya lost against Sims becuz yer retorts just didunt cut it. I think there is more qualy-fied member to be judges, and they ain't askin'. If we need a new one, then we'd hafta have ev'ry body go fer it, like in a compi-tition kinna thing.

O' course, I ain't the only judge 'round these parts, so I could be veto'd here, though I... really don' think so.
