Poke'mon Help

This fourm is for people who play poke'mon games and need help with them,weathers its battleing a gym leader or just not knowing what there doing wrong when they try to hoook up to a wireless thingy.


I actshely need help with the last on. You see me and my friend are on a quest to get all the super rare poke'mon. Now we want to get the rainbow tickets and ect,we even looked up this step by step guide to get it but when we used it,well it diden't work. So if someone could please help it would be get heres the guide we used tells us what we did wrong because we know the wireless thingys work sense we could battle and trade poke'mon as well.

1) Go to any poké-mart
2) On the desk, there should be a small square "memo"
3) Press the "A" button near the memo, and a questionnaire will pop up
4) Enter the words "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL"
5) The counter person will react - and tell you that you will receive Mistery gifts!
6) Save your game, and turn of your gameboy advance(SP)
7) Turn on your game and Mistery gift should appear below the "new game" slot
8) When selecting Mistery gift you'll see "wonder gift" and "wonder news" select "wonder gift"
9) Now you can receive the "aurora ticket" from the authorized Aurora Ticket Station (Pokémon Rocks America, or retail stores to be determinated)

That was a once in a lifetime event the only other way is by using a cheat device like Gameshark or ActionReplay but be warned that they can mess up your game.

What do you mean onece and a life time event? Does that mean i need to start my game over and do that?

No it was an event that was a few years ago for FireRed and LeafGreen.

So theres no way to get it inless we use a game shark or something? That stinks.............

Mystery gifts are all limited time give-aways, usually done at stores, malls, and the like. All the ones for the GBA games ended years ago so there's no way to get the tickets without hacking.

Of course, you can always get rare pokémon by trading for them. Though that's a whole lot easier if you have Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, since you can trade online.

Darn I really wanted to get mew. Thanks for the info you two, I might of waseted a whole lot of time trying to get thouse tickets. I think I'm going to get a game shark,is there anything you need for the game shark to work besides a game boy advance (sp) and the game Fire Red?

Just the Game Shark and the codes for whatever you're trying to do with it. Though I still recommend just trading for what you need instead.

That would be easy,but none of my friends have thouse kind of pokemon. We know the cloneing cheat so its not like we have to keep there pokemon we can just clone it then give it back.

Or use Action Replay it's safer than a GS.

Uh, no. They're really more or less the same thing. In fact, I actually have a GBA Action Replay. Not for the codes, but because I can use it to back up my GBA game saves to my PC. Problem is, the GBA is a pretty old system now, so finding a Gameshark or AR for it could be pretty difficult.

Just a:
Game Boy
Pokemon Fire Red(the choice of game)
Game shark(how does that work?What is the game shark?You don't plug it into your computer do you???)
