FYI: Quite a lot of MMOs (including what is likely the vast majority of the free-to-play online ones) are Korean.

I know for sure Runescape is British, not sure about World of Warcraft however.

Pretty sure WoW is North American, it is Blizzard after all.

I played Maplestory for a while. It's so repetitive and there's nothing interesting about the fighting system. WoW is Candian. There's lots of US MMOs along with a few European and Japanese but, as I said, the vast majority come from Korea.
