[Saber Knight]

"Things have just gotten slightly more interesting," Agri grumbled as he wiped sweat from his brow. Trying his best to angle himself so that the heavy armor of the knights blocked him from the swordmaster's view, Agri struck out at one of the wounded knights, striking twice before the heavily armored knight could react, felling him.

Wow, where do all of these guys keep coming from? Ladra wondered from her perch. And... I wonder if any of them have any good loot on them.... hmmm.... She looked over to Lord Eurial sitting upon his throne. Wonder if that guy's got any money on him... Her wings now much less sore than earlier, Ladra took wing and glided over to a similar ledge made by another flying butress. This put her slighty closer to Lord Euriel. She continued this pattern a few more times, always keeping to the shadows.

Lekani raised an eyebrow. "Triana? Is that all? Triana who?" Lekani was a noble and was accustomed to hearing much more than just a first name. "I am Lady Lekani of Gaddos. That these pesants" (she spat the word "pesants" as if it were some swear) "think they can keep me here is absolutely absurd, and a fatal mistake on their part."

Those knights are wounded but not very badly hurt. They attack Gawain's knights in a similar manner.

The two remaining soldiers attack the enemy knights, thrusting their lances up towards the head and neck.

One knight is clipped in the neck and bleeds heavily. The other knight parries the attack and takes a step in towards the soldier, slashing down at the soldier's upper-thigh.

The swordmaster sees you and leaps forward at you, slashing downward and aiming for your head.

Ladra
Despite your stealth, Eurial sees you and attacks with an elight tome.

Lekani
"I... I can't remember much more than my name right now," Triana says pitifully.

Arvid and Etana kept walking towards the market trying to ignore the evil presence and the feeling to look behind them. After all Etana had to go to the market and she wasn't going to be interrupted, or at least she didn't want to be interrupted. Arvid however was bothered by the feeling and was very much resisting the urge to look around and find the source.

"I thought you'd have other favorites by now, considering how I've been gone for awhile." Zhi said taking a sip of his drink. "I guess I'll have to go find my 'war buddies' somewhere else, unless you expect em to show up again any time soon." He continued taking another sip. "Anyway, I see business is good for you, whats started this one." Zhi asked indicating the scuffle.

[Saber Knight]

"And it really isn't much of a name," Lekani scoffed, but her curiosity was piqued at the girl's apparent amnesia. "What else do you recall?"

Damndamndamn... not good. Attracting the swordmaster's attention was most certainly not a good thing. Reacting on instinct, Agri raised his axe above his head to block the blow. When the swordmaster landed, he kicked the man in his chest, then quickly ducked away before the swordmaster could recover. There was no sense at all in him, a fighter, fighting a swordmaster. None at all.

Luckily, due to the shadows, Eurial couldn't aim correctly, and Ladra was able to duck away. But, due to the nature of the spell, the area around Ladra was lit up considerably, and she had to shield her eyes from the momentarily blinding light. Great. Waay to get spotted, Ladra. she chastised herself silently. Well, nothing to do now but shift.

Still doing her best to keep to the shadows, Ladra jumped from her perch, and where the raven-girl had been moments before there now was a full-fledged raven.

Arvid, Etana
You hear very real-sounding metallic scraping.

((Huh, I was positive I wrote Zhi's. I even remember what I wrote...))
"I'm not sure. I'm beginning to wonder if they do this because they enjoy it." You hear a very loud crashing sound behind you; a man is lying in the shattered remains of a table with a fragment of wood in his shoulder.

Lekani
"I..." Triana paused, trying to remember, "I think... a sword, and also I remember gold..."

An enemy knight falls, as do the last two of Gawain's soldiers. Gawain is hit but he takes no damage. Gawain retaliates against the knight that attacked him and stabs through his chestplate, piercing the knight's heart.

With the soldiers out of the way the archers have a clear shot at the knights.

One knight is hit in the throat and dies, the other is hit in the side of the knee and falls (This one had already been hit in the neck and now he's bleeding to death).
One enemy knight is left standing. The swordmaster is completely untouched. He leaps at you and attacks again, this time slashing horizontally.

Ladra
Euriel sees his forces about to be routed in the corner of his eye, and he sees Gawain, and is frightened by him.

Kiriyu saw the exit of the forest ahead of him, the light of the outisde world glowing brilliantly. It was a beautiful day outside, with a few scattered clouds, and the sun, shining brightly. Judging from it's position, it was just past 3 o'clock. With his blade at his side, he walked for a while, admiring the beauty of this country, so recently stricken by war. It was almost unbelieveable that this place was of such beauty. Right now, he would be in the Miscale region, meaning he had a very tough choice. He could go over the river, into the land of Begnion, famous for it's use of Laguz as slaves, but this was recently rectified, or, he could cross the mountains into Goldoa, home of the dragons. He would be surely not welcomed, but he had ways around this. He decided to leave this decision to the gods of luck. Taking a small gold coin in his hand, he thought to himself, heads, Begnion, tails Goldoa. With a flight, the coin soared through the air, glittering in the sunshine. The coin landed on his hand, and he placed it onto his spare hand. When he took the hand away, his result would be revealed. Begnion or Goldoa, it was up to chance...

Amidamaru starts flying towards the direction of the King.

The coin was revealed. Heads. Into Begnion it is, then. He smiled, this could be interesting, seeing the land which held Laguz as slaves for so long. As he began to travel into the land, he reached, after a short time, the edge of a large Forest. This would be the Serenes Forest, ancestral home of the Heron clan. As he started to enter, he noticed a flicker of movement above him. He looked up, to notice a dragon, with someone riding on its back, flying away. This was a perfect chance. Breaking into a run, he followed the dragon, keeping up, but barely.

Kako, Amidamaru
(( WS, go back and look at the replies. Kako did reply to our post. "Steps back a bit. "I've never been on a dragon before." I reach my hand out and softly touch his wing." ))
Once over the mountains, you can see Elpis on the horizon. (Remember, you can always skip forward through parts like this)

Kiriyu
The dragon flies over the mountains and into Goldoa.

As the dragon flies over the mountain into goldoa, his course was changed by chance once again. "Not happy with your result?" He said, seemingly to no-one. Kiriyu sighed, as he found the (Rather well hidden) path into the mountains, and began traversing them. He guessed, from the direction, that the dragon was heading to the Goldoan capital, so he would head fairly quickly to there.

[Saber Knight]

"Gold? A sword?" Lekani inquired with a snort. "Not very specific, nor very helpful. But, I guess I can't expect you to be any help at all, what with the way things are going. Nooo, Ashera couldn't find it in her kindness to send me someone helpful."

Ladra was watching the battle carefully. She could tell which side was going to win... and which side she wanted in her favor. Because of this, however, she failed to notice Euriel casting his spell again.

"Skreee!" Ladra shrieked as she was struck. I've got to be more careful... Pretending to be more injured than she was, she glided downards, spiriling as if she could no longer remain aloft. As she fell, she noticed a swordsman charging a fighter from earlier on. He was clearly outmatched, and was muttering a string of curses.

"Ooh, he's gonna need some help... It'll be nice to have him in my favor...." Acting on impulse, she dove foward with a loud "SREEEEE!", talons outstretched. The swordmaster didn't see her coming, and was struck hard in the side and recieved wounds from her talons. Quickly, she flew out of the way and back into the shadows.

"What the hell?!" Agri shouted to no one in particular. "What the hell is that raven girl doing?!" However, he once again used the momentary distraction to escape from the swordmaster.
