Yeah, Silver and I heard good things about that one at Otakon.....from some random person who accosted us.

I started Reborn! and Case Closed (or Detective Conan, depending on where you're from). Both are excellent, and I'm upset that I as of yet don't have any more than the first issue of each.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:

Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.

Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:

Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

I've read and seen a little bit of Hayate and it's pretty good, so I'll definately be buying it at some point. Detective Conan is a great mystery series, as are Kindaichi Case Files and Detective Academy Q. Finally, I'm actually watching the Reborn! anime right now. So far I consider it decent but nothing special, though it seems to be changing focus at the spot I'm at so my opinion might change with it.

My friend recommended Shugo Chara to me, so I decided to give it a try though it's a girl manga.

So far... it's somewhat decent, not my type though.

Even if I may have posted in here before, my opinions have slightly changed.

My current favourite manga is between the utterly amazing Prince of Tennis, and the just finished, but still brilliant Shaman King.

i'd probably say that Pandora Hearts is my favorite at the moment.
i did try Prince of Tennis, but i didnt really like it...it wasnt bad, but just so unrealistic.
Hitman Reborn! is also really funny. :-)

I hate bronies. I really do. I find them to be quite frivolous and silly among the other more offensive adjectives I won't use for the sake of politeness.

One of the reasons l haven't been on the internet literally is that I've been so busy...reading Batman comics.

My brother got three from Amazon a few days ago, and I've been glued to them. They're Batman: Year One, The Killer Joke, and Arkham Asylum. They're awesome. Though got to admit Arkham Asylum was pretty creepy, much of which I contribute to the depiction of the Joker. Instead of being drawn in standard comic format, its a combination of mixed media, like painting and fabrics. There's lots of allusions and symbolism which adds a pretty neat depth to it. But to be honest, I didn't even notice half of them until I read the author's notes at the end .

Believe it or not, One Piece is still on the top of the list. *Spoiler*Even though I'm not happy with Oda~Sensei for killing Ace. ::-(
There's also the fact that I don't have a lot of time so I haven't been able to read and new comics/manga, and only keeping up with a few favs anyways.
Redback, Funnel-Web, Blue-ringed octopus
Taipan, Tigersnake and a Box jellyfish
Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell
That spikes you when you pick it up

Ooh, I know! I can't believe he did that! I mean, I had gotten into arguments, at the beginning of this arc, against people saying, "Ace is actually going to die!" to which I would argue, "No way! Oda would never do something like that!" Needless to say, I'm eating my words... Not only did he do that, but he killed Whitebeard, too...

But One Piece is still, and always will be, my favorite comic.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I picked up the first three Scott Pilgrim books on a whim. They're surprisingly good. And they've got lots of classic video game references, which makes them even better.

Idk why. American comics are growing on me. I've actually read 2 epic Batman stories in the past 3 weeks.

I'm....not reallly into comics...I do like Manga though!

My favorite Manga now would be Loveless. It's so cute and suspenseful~
(I doubt that anyone else here would like Shonen-Ai or Yaoi, but I just wanted to say what my favorite was.)
*And yes, If you do know about Shonen-Ai or Yaoi, I am a Fangirl, and no, I don't get that many nosebleeds...at least not that often*
~ Quotes n' Stuff ~

If by comic you mean Webcomic, it's a tie between 2Kinds, PV and SaP (I'm not entitled to not say PV, right?)
If by print comics I like those daily comics you use to be able to buy. You know, the once-a-day comic calenders? My grandparents use to have alot of those.
And anime... hmm.. even if pokemon was still an anime, it's not my favorite... I'd have to say... it's a tie between One Piece and Lucky*Star. Because LS was just awesome +w+

Hmm... now that's acutally something I've been meaning to look into, poison, my friends tell me that's a great manga to read but I really haven't looked up anything about it. But now considering what you said, not sure if I wanna look it up >//>''' I mean, I have read some[/strike] yaoi before, I just haven't read alot >//>; And mind all of you, I'm not gay >.< My chat-site friends would always convince me into reading some 'forbidden' comics/mangas >>;;
Winter - now know as Kinomora.
A remnant of a time long since past.

For the record, the Pokémon anime is still going and shows no signs of stopping.
