Yu Yu Hakusho is the story of Yusuke Urameshi. As he goes from dead, to living, to spirit detective. As a Spirit detective, he must solve cases given to him by Koenma, the son of King Yama, of the spirit world. He is joined in his cases by Kuwabra, his buddy/rival, Kurama, the fox demon turned human and fangirl magnet (in both forms), Botan, the first person he met when he died as she ferries the dead to the spirit world, and He-ei(Sp?), the three-eyed shrimp who can beat the crap out of you before you can blink.
