Olka moved around the city watching and waiting for a sign from his master. She will be here soon, and Olka moved a little faster, keeping a very close distance between his people and himself. But without realizing it, Tricillia was right behind him.

"Hello Olka." She said as she drew her swords.

Olka turned an eye and saw his master there, "Good to see you master. It has been a very long time, and I know you want to fight for some fun. I'll keep an eye on these 2 and we will talk later tonight over a few drinks. My treat.

"Ok Olka, have fun." With that Tricillia jumped off the roof, and ran down an ally way. There she found a few guards and her swords still drawn out. "Hi boys, let's play a game. How long you will live." A scream came from both of the guards at the same time, ringed across the few streets as their blood pured out. "Oh, don't scream for my pleasure, just die." Taking just a turn, both of their heads fell onto the ground and their bodies motionless. Tricillia moved to another guard and then found someone she really wanted to fight. He was dressed in blue and Tricillia knew it was a Shinsengumi. With great speed, she caught up with him and put both her swords together. With a slash, the person let out a scream and died, blood flowing across the ground. Tricillia smiled at the guy and went on with her killing spree, hoping for someone to come that was a challenge.

Shinta wasn't happy that he slept in late and even missed breakfeast. Or almost did. He rushed out of the door, with his swords by his side and his outfit a little missed up. Shinta never was late to his food, but he did get to bed later then what he wanted. He knew that he wouldn't do this again. Yet someone caught his eye, so he slowed down and saw that one of the captains was just getting to the door. He started to walk, but knew that something was up, and he craved the knowledge that was being said. A fight, he thought as he got closer.
---------------------------------------------------
Time will tell, as things come
Come to it all, will never end
---------------------------------------------------

You will never know what my pain is untill its too late. Never for my heart to fall in pieces as with the blood that drips.

Du kummt..........

Near the back of the tea shop, Kaoru spotted a man that was seated at one of the tables. He was having himself another drink and didn't seem inclined to acknowledge the two Shinsengumi who had entered. As the man lowered his cup to the table top, the purple-haired taichou made his way towards him, his sword still raised defensively.

"So you're the murderer. Stand up and throw down your weapon. If you submit, then you shall not be killed on the spot. You have my word as a Captain of the Shinsengumi.", said Kaoru calmly, yet his voice was firm.

The younger Miyazaki brother was still very much unaware that he had been discovered. However, as Xiang exited the mansion and began to walk in his general direction, Kusa was alerted to the possibility that they knew of his presence. He positively abhored the idea of abandoning his post but this situation practically called for it. With a deep sigh, he removed himself from the area and retreated back to the Shinsengumi Headquarters.

As he neared the location where the spy was said to be, Xiang instead encountered one of his own men. The scout informed him that the suspicious person had left upon seeing Xiang approach.

"A cautious one..." Xiang mused. "Or a coward... If that's all it takes to scare them off, you shouldn't have any trouble scaring away such spies in the future. But if another one shows up, try and follow him home so we can discover who is curious about our activities."

Since he was already out, Xiang decided that this might be a good time for a stroll around the city. Perhaps a trip to the pleasure houses or a tea shop to listen in on the latest gossip.

Nyrock yawned, setting the cup down and standing up, stretching. "Just stop talking. You're only going to turn into another disappointment." He started to walk past them.

Bael blinked, wondering what was going on here.

'Such insolence and disrespect towards the Shinsengumi... Who the hell does this man think he is, anyway?', thought the taichou.

Nyrock had been given but one warning, and he had ignored it. Too bad for him. As he strode past, Kaoru took the immediate opportunity to strike with his katana, thus engaging in a fight. The laws of the Shinsengumi ran through his mind but he decided to push them aside for now. One of them would die, no matter the outcome. He felt his blade bite into the flesh of the murderer's arm and a crimson stream dripped onto the floor at their feet.

"You... shall not escape me now. Die...", Kaoru said in a low, disturbing voice.

"Oh, of course. Because basking in your glory for an entire day is exactly what I had planned..." Honda muttered in a teasing voice. Adjusting his glasses, he then turned over to a more serious note. "And before I answer that question, I have to know. For what reason do you need to see the Emperor at a time like this?"
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Ishi woke up slowly. It had been a good night rest. Better then sleeping outside anyway. She could hear birds chirping outside and there was light. The rain had passed for now. She got dressed with her weapons hidden and headed out. It was time for breakfast then off to explore the city. It was a nice day out so far. It didn't take long though before she heard a scream and walked over. Afte people had gathered a distance from a pub. She could see blood comming from the door. Then she saw 2 people walk into the building. "What is going on?".

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Zaka wondered around the coradors of the developing complex. People were begining to stur and the smell of breakfast was in the air. Gil followed behind him. While eating breakfast he noticed that Dabido wasn't present. "Must still be sleeping. I might as well go wake him." said Zaka to himself. "Come Gil. Time to wake up Dabido.".
Soon they were standing infrount of of Dabido's door. "Knowing him he has his entrence traped some how. Luckly I know more then one way to wake him up." said Zaka to Gil. Opening the door just slightly he could see where Dabido was sleeping. Poking his finger in he sent a small ball of fire Dabido's way. The spell hit Dabido's blanket catching it on fire. "Time to wake up sleepy head." Said Zaka in a low voice. It didn't take too long for Dabido to wake up. After putting out his blanket he opened his door. "You know you can alway wake me up like normal people do. I don't like having to replace my blanket everytime I oversleep."
Nyrock stopped, looking at his arm as he felt the pain rush through his body, lifting a brow. What was this feeling? He's never felt it before... He turned to the man that struck him. "Tell me, what am I feeling right now?" He queried to him.
Kusa slipped inside the door of his room, closing it behind him without making a single sound. Every nerve in his body was causing him to shake and tremble... He had been discovered by his target, had abandoned his mission, had fled like a street rat, and now he would have to tell Hijikata about everything. Thoughts of having to committ Seppuku invaded his mind, scaring him all the more.
'I am so screwed...', he thought silently to himself within the tight darkness of his room.
~~~~~~~~~~

Kaoru pulled his blade from Nyrock's arm, slinging the excess blood across a nearby table top, staining the wood a dark color. As the man asked him a rather strange question, he kept his guard raised but decided against attacking until he had given the man an answer.

"That extremely uncomfortable sensation... is called pain. Each person in this world is bound to feel it at one point or another during their lifetime.", he explained in a low voice.

~~~~~~~~~~
Gil finished the last bit of food in his bowl before his master called for him to wander to Dabido's room. He licked his lips once and nodded, standing up from the table and moving to Zaka's side, walking beside him. The two of them eventually found their friend's room. Dabido was indeed still sleeping. But Zaka soon remedied that situation...
The neko covered his mouth, trying to hide a small bout of laughter, failing miserably in doing so. He was merely thankful that his master had never tried to wake him in such a way.
"Hmm." He said shortly, rubbing his finger along the wound, picking up some blood, rubbing it around his fingers. "Strange, I don't like it." His hand moved down to his sword, grasping the hilt. "Guess i wont let you hit me again." He said, drawing the sword slowly.
"Just like I thought." Sakria nodded, looking rather pleased with herself and clearly missing out on the fact that Honda wasn't being serious. "But, as much as I hate to tarnish you lovely image of me, I'm afraid that I'm nowhere near important enough to meet with the emperor. I just want to find the palace. Long story short, I came here because I'm following someone. He's up to something here but I'm not sure what. I want to get a better feel for the city so I can figure out what he's after and the area around the palace seems like the best place to start."
As Xian approached a nearby teahouse, he immediately noticed that something was amiss. There was a large crowd gathered outside. Curious, he drew closer. Assuming him to be a noble from his dress and weapon, the crowd offered little resistance as he forced his way through. There appeared to be a battle taking place inside, and blood, lots of blood. "Excuse me," he turned to the nearest person, "what happened here?"
It didn't take to long and afew more people were showing up. Ishi was focusing on hearing what was going on inside when someone talked to her. "What happened here?"
She turned to the man and politly said "I'm not sure sir. I just heard a scream come from this direction and came to see what was going on. And apparently I'm not the only one who was wanting to see what was going on."
She really couldn't hear what was going on to well. Luckly she has sent an insect into the place and would get the info from it later. For now it was time to watch and see if the fight came outside.
'No... No, I have to calm down. I was sloppy, and they caught me off guard back there. All I have to do is focus and retry the mission. After all, if I tell Hijikata-san of this first failure, then I might as well be committing suicide.', Kusa tried to regain his composure.
He soon recovered and was then determined to complete his assignment. Even if he was discovered for a second time, he would still stay to retrieve whatever information he could. It was his duty as a spy of the Shinsengumi and they deserved the best. With that resolution set firmly in his mind, Kusa left the compound and returned to the mansion.
~~~~~~~~~~

Kaoru kept his gaze firmly focused on Nyrock as he drew his katana. It seemed the murderer was finally starting to take him seriously. Before his opponent could make an offensive move, the taichou did so instead, using his Tennin Rishin Ryu, which involved fast, accurate strikes with a lot of focused force put into them. He was hoping to do more than simply leave a gash on the murderer's arm...

'Drawing your sword as a member of the Shinsengumi means only one thing; that either you or your enemy shall die...', the code echoed in his mind.

The field was even now, for the wandering samurai had his weapon drawn, and alert of a fight. With as much precision and speed as his assaulter, he blocked every single attack with minimal effort. He tilted his head, looking at Kaoru. "Seriously, is that all you got? Because if so, then you're just wasting my time."

Meanwhile, Bael had moved to the door of the tea house, attempting to wave the crowd away, hoping to avoid more casualties.
"Everyone leave the area, we're on official business here."

Xian, meanwhile, had pieced together a very rough version of the events from the conversations around him and edged closer to the door, so that he was standing near Bael when the announcement was made.

"Business that would likely not be neccessary if you didn't let anyone and everyone enter the imperial city. But, I suppose such a task would be far beyond such a small force." he commented, both looking and sounding the part of a haughty noble. "Right now you may want to focus your attention on the battle inside, rather than on the people out here, at least if you want your friend to survive the exchange."
