Okay, after all the posting when I really didn't have a reason to I've actually decided to post my character^^

Trainer:

Mulberry Shroom.

Very girly, idolises princesses fairytale princesses and often wishes she was one. Even dresses like her idol Princess Peach (but purple is a MUCH prettier colour^^)

Adores Pokemon that look like bunnies and teaches her pokemon moves based on how cute or adorable they are, not how effective they are.

Keeps Dodrio only in the hope that she will be able to trade it for a cuter pokemon and/or some pretty acessory.
Originally got it because she was aiming for the buneary it was standing next to and missed.

Terribly unimaginative with names.

Pokemon:

Wiggly (Wigglytuff) ♂-Pure evil, but acts sweet and innocent around Mulberry. Ability: Intimidate.
Moves: scary face, glare, leer, nightmare. Nobody knows how it learned the first 3 moves... or how it got it's ability *mysterious*

Loppy (Lopunny) ♀- Has only one move: attract. Refuses to learn any other Ability: Klutz.

Bubbles (Azumarill) ♀- Suffers from hayfever and sneezes bubbles. Rather immature and cutesy. Ability: Cute charm.
Moves: Bubble, bubble beam, splash, charm.

Mimey (Whismur) ♂- Lost it's voicebox. Speaks completely in mime. Slightly emo. Ability: Soundproof
Moves: Pound, stomp, Rain dance, Uproar (which ALWAYS fails because it's silent.)

Gardey (Gardevoir) ♂- Overly camp and kind of a hippie. Likes meditation and is rarely seen without his favourite handbag. Ability: Synchronise
Movies: Magical leaf, Wish, Calm mind, Attract.

Grumpy (Dodrio) ♂- Hates Mulberry and her girly ways. Always in a bad mood. Refuses to listen to her. Ability: Early Bird.
Moved: Frustration, rage, fury attack, growl.

Wait! Does this mean... I can't have Lopunny? What if she moved from the region the D/P/P games are set in?

Well, I never sprited before, so I gave it a shot. I think they're okay for a first time try. I hated splicing body parts together. I actually had to redo it after finding out that when you try to minimize items in paint, it looks horrible. So, I dealed with small sprites, until I realized I could zoom in...

I'll put more up saturday.

You might want to save them in a different format. JPEG makes the sprites all blurry and ugly looking.

Also you forgot what six pokemon you were gonna use.

No no. You can use pokemon from the fourth gen. It's just your trainer sprites that don't work. :P

Well, do you have any suggestions to save them in? Also, I didn't put up my pokemon because I was going to sleep, and I was going to do that later, as well as the surf, fishing, running, and bike sprites.

Well Phonox, you could save them in PNG format.

png really is the best format for sprites. Gif is ok, but limits how many colors you can use. bmp is ok too, but the file sizes are huge. jpg is great for photos, but blurs sprites.
