((Ok, enough eating lunch. If we want to get this RP back on track we need to do something.))

*The team finished lunch and headed to the gym. Now that they had decided on the matchups all they had to do was challenge the gym leader's team. That is, if they could get through the junior trainers first...*

"You deal with these guys! I want the toughest at the back!"
Shauni quickly followed him "hay! Wait for me! I want some action two!"

the others were left to face the weaker trainers at the back, shauni ended up taking on a trainer with a weepinbell, which she chose to battle with Tinder

"Let burn up the gardon tinder!"
"Torrrrchi!"

((Um, Shauni... you have to go through in order. As in, we all stay together. Like the last Gym. Like, Mute & Neo would battle the first two, Silver and Kit would battle the next two, THEN Shauni and Josiah would battle the last two. You can't just skip around... plus you didn't describe the place at all. So I'll do that, and basically pretend you didn't post because it doesn't work that way... sorry.))

*They walked in to see a flower garden by the entrance, but it quickly turned into a dark forest. Apparently that's where the trainers were...*

"Um... don't trainers traditionally get lost in dark creepy forests, like that one?"

"Yeah, but... how hard can this one be?"

"Uh... was that a retorical question?" *The walked in quickly finding themselves lost in the indoor forest*

"They must have designed this place like a maze..."

"You there! Lost in our forest, huh? Prepare to face the wrath of Junior Trainers 1 &2!"

"I'll take this one..."

"...And I guess I'll take the other."

"Oh, but we do double battles here."

"Just like the last one... Go Psy!"

"Go Poof!"

"I choose Nuzleaf!"

"And Lombre!"

"Oh crap... it's half dark-type!"

"Well at least I stand a chance, Lombre's half water-type!

One of Kit's eye's twitched seeing the forest. :twitch:
"H-hey guys...?"
"What?"
"I haven't told you guys this yet....but- I'm deathly afraid of dark places, Okay?!!" Meowth let out a big sigh.
"Meowth..."

The fact that Nuzleaf was half dark did unerve Neo abit. "Well, Confusion won't work. Guess I'm left with Mega Punch, Teleport, and Doubble Team.", thought Neo. "Well, I'll start. Use Doubble Team."

"This should be interesting." *Josiah leaned back against a tree and watched Mute and Neo square off against their opponents.*

"Yeah, I just hope the rest of us get to battle soon."

"Don't worry. I'm sure there'll be lots more trainers."

Shauni watched the match intenly, her eys focused on her team mates, if she was to battle with eather of them in the future, she would need to know all there moves and truckes, the battles began...

silver cent out Pidgotto, who with one wing attack took down the grass type with ease
"boo-ya!" he yelled

The next pokemon was a weepinbell, silver ordered anoth wing attack, but weepinbell counterd with a sleep powered
Pidgotto feel to the ground, snoreing
Silver retured it as he had no awakens, his next monster appered
"Go Trapinch !"

"Dig attack!"
The ant disapered under the ground, the other trainer ordered a razor leaf, but it just missed as silver pokemon dispared uder the ground, after a few seconds, it reappered, hitting weepkinbell, and finishing the match

Kit looked at the battle and blinked.
"Am I supposed to battle now?" Meowth only responded with an anime fall.

"I'll take that as a....yes. Go, Sassy!"
Sassy started it's off with a peck attack, which didn't do much damage.
"Sassy, Try a Gust attack!"
*critical hit!*The grass type was almost fainted. Kit ordered another Gust attack, but Sassy instead used Peck! The pokemon fainted.

"What was THAT all about? Oh, well..."
The trainer sent out a Butterfree. Kit was about to order an attack, but Butterfree had lunged it's self at Sassy.
"Counter with quick attack!"
Sassy countered, but the butterfree was a bigger level. Sassy fainted, and Kit returned her pokemon. Meowth leaped onto the battle feild, and looked to Kit for instruction.

"Butterfree's a little weak, Meowth. Try Pay Day!" Meowth nodded, and attack. Coins scattered all over the floor. Next, when Butterfree was still off guard, Meowth jumped up with a scratch attack.
"Good job, one more should do it!"
As mewoth ran forward for another Scratch attack, Butterfree moved upward so he missed! Meowth stopped, seeing he was just slicing air. The cat pokemon leaped into the air, and hit the butterfree square in the face with his scartch attack! Kit won the battle!
