So yeah. I'm thinking about holding sign ups for a new pokemon sprite comic featuring YOU the fine members of PVF! If you want to join just post these things:
-Overworld spritesheet. Preferably R/S/E style. Like this
-Character name and personality
-Six pokemon you'll be using and what quirky personalities I can expect from them.
That said, there are some ground rules I'm going to lay down for submissions
1:This is YOU as a pokemon trainer. Not whatever character you play as in any other genre or whatever. Nobody gets to shoot fire from their hands. (No this goes for me too)
2:If you desire a legendary, it can only be one of the following (Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, Phione, Shaymin, Heatran, and Cresselia). However, you'll have to be VERY convincing to make me allow you to acquire said legendary. Otherwise it ain't gonna happen McGee.
3:Nobody gets Mew. End of story.
Use these handy dandy tutorials incase you don't know how to sprite.
Sign-ups last until May 01st. So you turkeys better get to work!

You know...They HAVE tutorials that teach you how to sprite. Hold on. Do you want the overworld sprites to be in R/S/E style, FR/LG style, or D/P/P style? There is a difference...

Actually there is a difference. R/S/E sprites are flat while FR/LG sprites are angled. For example, take a look at these sprites of Brendon from R/S. Now, compare that to these sprites of Brendan and May from FR/LG (from the trading room when you trading with R/S).
