[Saber Knight]

Eskay just scowed at the woman. "What's her problem?" she growled, teeth clenced. At Marley's mention of food, however, her ears perked up, and she suddenly realized how hungry she was. "Food...that sounds good right about now...." she mumbled to herself. Her mind immediatly went to delacacies from her own world, when she then remembered that plenty of that food just might not exist in this world. She still wasn't about to be put down by that, though. "Yeah," she added, "Some food wood be real nice right now, not to sound rude, or anything."

Now that he wasn't fighting for his life and didn't have adrenaline coursing through his veins, Agnamatus became aware of not just his knawing hunger, but also all the cuts and bruses he recieved from the earlier battle. He also found out just how tired he was. "Well, that's one more difference between humans and Olympians. We take a longer to realize all the damage that has been done to us after battles. When was the last time I slept? It doesn't feel like it's been a while, but-" Agnamatus yawned, and said, "Anyone else feel like collapsing out of exaustion, because I do."

"Food does sound appealing right about now," Azriel agreed, also heading into the castle. "And Agnamatus, I believe you took the most damage in our fight back there, so it's not too surprising you're feeling tired." The Grim Angel stretched, wings quivering slightly. "I haven't flown this much in a long time, so my wings are kind of sore, but other than that I think I'm fine." He reached up to pat Agnamatus on the back, realized he was much too short, and gave him a nudge on the arm instead. "Be sure to rest up properly. And get those cuts treated before they fester."

"Any veggies?" asked Haddix. "I need some right now. I have to have them every 8 hours, or I die." He frantically searched. Then, his watch beeped. "Oh, shnikeys! I have 5 minutes left! come on!" Will you help him look?

When the group entered the castle the smell of soup drifted in from the room to the left, then the doors to that room opened and a red-haired woman came out, running toward Marina and Pounced. Hi Flame. Marina said, grabbing her cousin before she caused her to fall on the ground. So, Care to help the guest to dinner or are you going to stand there and let your shoulder Flames shrink? Flame saw the other knights and had them follow her to the dining room. Flame then told Haddix, Don't worry, there's plenty of veggies in the soup! She then put her hair in a ponytail and showed off her shoulder flames. sat everyone down in a chair and served the soup. It had various meats and veggies in it and smelled great, Flame then turned to Marina and Asked: So cousin, what's with the weaponry on the guests?

Eskay glanced over to Agnamatus. "Yeah," she threw in, "You did get pretty beat up that battle. Palkia and that Corrupted One were no easy oponnents." Speaking of that Corrupted One, I wonder what happened... Eskay added as a mental note.

A few moments later, a new girl appeared, whose name was apparently Flame. It wasn't much time later before a starving Eskay found herself at the table, a delicious bowl of soup in front of her. She grinned savagely at the meal, and snatched her spoon in an instant. Food! Finally! Eskay thought to herself. With incredible speed due to her elven blood, Eskay scarfed down several spoonfuls of the soup. It was about then she stopped, throwing the spoon to the ground abruptly with a cry of, "HOOOOOOOTTTTTT!" Such was her surprise at the temperature, she fell backwards in her chair. After scrambling to her feet, she scowled at the bowl.

"S'all your fault." she mumbled darkly.

Haddix takes the bowl and drinks it down, wiping his mouth with the napkin and placing it on his lap. "Aaaaaahhh.... That's some good stuff. Could I have some seconds? I'd like to eat some slow and savor it." Haddix began slowly eating his soup, while trying to make small talk, "I'm from a small village, in a remote valley surrounded by hills. I have an egg that belonged to my sister...." He pulls the egg out of his satchel, "She died a few months ago. When it hatches, I'll need to find a way to get back to my dimension." He returned the egg to it's incubator. "So, where do you guy's come from?"

...Flames, on her shoulders? Sira thought as she stared at this new person. Well, I guess that's not as weird as the arachnid-guy

Speaking of Haddix, he began to explain his story. Sira was reminded that she hadn't told these people anything about herself, either. She waited for him to finish, but once she heard of his sister-
Oh! I'm so sorry, Haddix, when did it happen?

"Dun dun DUN!" Marley said dramatically as he cooled off his soup with some water produced from his saber.

Agnamatus took his spoon as well and started to eat so fast that rivaled Eskay. "I don't know...the soup is hot...but not that hot," he said in between bites. "Maybe...It's just a weakness...too your powers...This is the best thing I've ever had!" In no time at all, the bowl was empty and Agnamatus requested seconds. "You know, adding water to the soup won't cool it down," he said to Marley. "It will just make the soup watery and it will still be hot."

"Yea, but its COLD water! Of course it'll cool it down." Marley said as he distastefully drank his soup. "I just remembered how much I dislike soup..."

[Giga-Gar]

"Marley, you just put cold water in a bowl of hot soup. Of course it's going to taste bad." Agnamatus replied. "Anyway, Haddix, I'm Agnamatus, but you can call me Tall Guy. I'm guessing that's what everyone here calls me. I'm from the base of Mount Olympus. Olympus is the home of the Greek Gods," he explained. "Well, former home acctually. It was destroyed by what must be a Corrupted One and his minnions. Now all the Greek Gods are either trying to rebuild their homes or are living with the Norse and Egyptian Gods for the time being." Agnamatus was silent when he remembered the devastation on Mount Olympus. Whoever did all that destruction was going to pay.

Regardless of what Agnamatus said, Eskay decided to give Marley's idea a shot and decided to try and use her powers to cool it down. Too bad Eskay still really had no idea how to use her powers pretty well. She held out her hand and glared fiercely at the soup, as if the sheer power of her stare would cool it down. It didn't. Mumbling to herself about a certain obnoxious god of ice, she decided to blow on her soup like any normal person would. However, it appeared her breath did have some certain ice-ness to it, as the soup cooled in temperature remarkably. Pleased, Eskay began to eat her soup again. "Mmm. Much better," she commented.

At Marley's comment Flame made a fist and her shoulder flames grew in size. The stepmother just rolled her eyes while Marina Just closed hers and said: Marley, don't ever say anything about a meal cooked by my cousin, her race, the Volcanads, get real angry if their cooking is insulted. Plus, you'll be in a world of hurt in the morning.
The stepmother then said in retort: See Marina, if you weren't halfblooded like you were before you became a Were, then you would be one more human to advance our cause to prevent something like this from happening to all humans.
Marina and her stepmother Glared at each other when Geovanni entered the room and grabbed a bowl of soup. Yeah, he said I'll just get my soup and go back to my tunnel now.

"My sister died a few months back. Oh, and I think I'll call you Matus. So, I still don't know most of your names. Oh, and can I have thirds?" A noise came from Haddix's knapsack. "Oh no! Where's a window?!" Haddix ran for the nearest window , took something from his knapsack and held it out. A belch was heard, and fire was shot from what Haddix was holding.
Then, it started talking, "Big bwudder, can we go see mommy's grave again later?"
"Maybe, Ghendike. Maybe." Haddix then turned to his new found companions and said, "I forgot to mention that when my village was raided, My mom was killed. That's when my sister died, too. My father is at war, so I have to take care of my little brother. Oh, and can he have some soup?" Haddix said without batting eye.
