"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Well, we can always put out a call for new members, or turn the missing characters into NPCs, give them to someone else, or the like.

Since it's your RP, feel free to try and recruit new members anyway you want. As for the current guys, I suggest we see if anyone wants to take any of them over. Any that aren't taken over can be converted to NPCs and either kept in the game or phased out as the story allows.

My main concern here is Neo... he kind of introduced this whole demon sub-plot and now he's not even around to see it through. Where's he been lately, anyway? Does anyone know another way to contact him? Do you realize how long it's been since I was eaten alive?

We could always try whatever e-mail address is in his profile. Last I'd heard he started playing WoW, which is rather known for killing all forms of a social life...
