The face and hands could use a bit more shading, but other than that, not bad at all.

Well, Legode can use magic, why not her casting a spell? as for expression, I guess her smiling a little would work.

Only complaint is the pants are a bit bright, but otherwise it's great! I really need to get Photoshop...
