Well, anways, at Girl Scouts we knitted. Not my thing, not to mention it's "supposed" to be relaxing, but was uber stressful for me. I kept worrying I was gonna mess up.

Hey, you two were in scouts? I went all the way through from Beavers to Cadets, but Cadets just didn't seem nearly as enjoyable so I only stayed for two years.
Anyways, my friend had the great idea of going to Costco today for supplies and told me that if we took the bus there, one of his friends would be picking us and our groceries up when we were done. So we went into town, grabbed a ton of stuff, and my friend called his friend. Problem is, her cell phone was off. So we had the enjoyable task of loading our groceries onto the public bus and dragging it all up those many stairs to our residence...from now on, I am not getting groceries unless a drive back is guaranteed!

So, when x + 2y > 2z and x + y > z. That means that y has to be the larger side. I dunno what exactly the question is asking for.

Two trees of heights 20m and 30m have ropes running from the top of one to the bottom of the other. How high above the ground do the ropes intersect?

No matter how far apart the trees are, the ropes will always cross at the same height. Try it that way. And if you can prove otherwise, I'd like to hear it.

Costco is awesome. Period.
Seriously, you can find everything there from tents to lobsters to chandeliers. Not to mention their muffins are ginormous.

However, doing what you had to just do, not awesome. That sounded like it wasn't too fun.

For some reason, the symbol less than or equal to didn't copy over, and turned into £. So, x £ y should read x (less than or equal to) y.

Ooh, wait, I got a quiz in sci handed back, marked 40/42. After looking through, I saw he only had one point marked off through the entire thing, so I asked him and he realized he made a mistake, and it should be 41/42. Always fun to get an extra point (not to mention I really need good grades in sci to bump me up to an A-....)

Les Mis. Stuck in my head all day. That and Tango is currently (attempting, rather to) playing Castle on a Cloud, but other songs from Les Miz were stuck in my head during the course of the day. Not to mention I just learned one of my friends is seeing Les Miserables over February break. IN LONDON! I AM SO FREAKIN' JEALOUS!

In other news, calendar project continues to eat my soul, and I had a weird dream last night (though really not any weirder than usual. In fact, it was pretty mild).

Oh, the other night there was this one EXTREMLY bizzare part in my dream. Y'know The Land Before Time? Little kids show about animated dinosaurs? Well, in my dream they were grown up (still animated), were skateboarding down a magma covered hill (the magma was rainbow colored) and singing Food Glorious Food (from Oliver Twist). Yeah. It was weird.

Either way, since I'm home schooled I'm at my Grandparents house, and I got a $40.00 Game Stop card. They forgot to give it to me at Christmas, so I have it now.
