Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the most prestigious university of technology this side of the US. Needless to say, I'm not terribly confident I'm getting in, but it would be awesome.

Hi! Good luck Poik! Get better soon Cheez!

Some people would call wa, ga, etc articles, but they're actually more like place markers in a sentence, though some are more complex. To give you an idea, wa follows the subject, ga and o come between direct objects and verbs (though they're not completely interchangable), de means at or by means of... But that's just a start. A complete list would be really long.

My family had guest over for both lunch and supper (differnet guests each meal) so I spent most of the day cooking...and then eating what I cooked.

Ooh, good luck. I've passed by the campus several times when going to Boston and such. Looks all fancy, 'n' stuff. It'd be really cool to get in. Once again, good luck!
It also has a really high suicide rate, but I don't feel I should mention that...

Ehrm. Well, yeah, my cousin lent me Tales of Symphonia, and I've been having a blast playing it. Me an' Tango have played most of it together (though I do seem to do better when it's just me, but regardless...). Yeah...I just accidentaly stumbled upon the next temple. It was kinda weird.
May the Triforce be with you.

One of my friends stole LittleBigPlanet a couple of days ago while he was at my house, but he gave it back today. Yay.

Almost level 67 in WoW, but I have stalled because the rest of the quests in the zone I'm in are all group quests. And despite there being at least 30 people in that zone at any given time, nobody else has to do those quests. For like the past week. So today I'm getting my cousin-who-is-level-80 to help me out.

Only two more levels 'till Northrend... muhahaha...

Hi! Speaking of MMOs, I could use some people to play Guild Wars with *hint, hint*.

Anyway, I've got a $60 gift card at Best Buy! Having trouble deciding what to spend it on, though. Little Big Planet seems like one of those games I really should play (being a game designer and all), though I would like Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World and/or Kirby Superstar Saga. But I've already got a huge backlog of games to play with little hope of catching up before retirement. Anime DVDs are always tempting (though I've got a lot of unwatched DVDs right now too (but I can go through those a lot faster than games, so it's not such a big deal)) and there's things like season one box sets of Case Closed, Death Note, and Yuyu Hakusho out there, just to name a few (there's a whole lot more). One Piece season 1 part 2 or Ouran part 1 wouldn't be bad...but I'd rather wait till Right Stuf puts them on sale since I hate spending $50 for only half a season. Ah, decisions, decisions...

Which temple? I might be able to help out if you and tango are having trouble. except Ice, because of the sliding puzzle I had to resort to the Zoras method.
This is my RP Forum, Tales of Symphonia Adventures, or ToSA for short. Please take a look?

Oh wow, good luck Poik! And get well soon Cheez! My dad was calling super early this morning, no idea what he was saying, but now my mom's going to bring him to a hospital. I hope it's nothing too bad, he's already had a triple bypass about a year ago. :drop:

I'm not really stuck right now. I was stuck, but then I figured it out right before I had to leave, so I'm a happy Saber. And, I feel I've been doing much better. I used to go through Apple Gels and Life Bottles like crazy. Now, I can actually keep my people from dieing (always a plus).

Ack. Vacation is getting too close to ending for comfort. And there's still homework, and a test and quiz when I get back that I need to study for. Bleh. Homework over vacation should be illegal. >.<

Guess what? My Dad bought a life-sized white deer. It was in such bad shape he got it for five bucks (They claimed it was originally $400, probably five years ago).

He put it in the woods to scare us, but ended up just freaking the dogs out.

Now we're all trying to figure out what to do with it. We're thinking of putting it on the neighbor's lawn. :-P

Heso! I have returned from Stevenson land! And...

Image

...Ok, Poik wasn't there while we were spelling with Bananagrams letters, but... he was there when the New Year happened. And I'm sure he can testify that it has been quite a new year, based on "Support Your Local Sheriff" alone.

As for the other guy there... it's pronounced "Fat elf sex," and... it's a long story. Bananagrams is like Scrabble, right? Except that each player has their own set of words to work with, instead of all building off of one. You'd think I'd be good at it... that's what you'd think, but... proper nouns and Japanese words were off-limits. And for some reason, that's all I could come up with. They wouldn't let me spell Xenoglossia, and I had to use that 'X' somewhere, so...

"Fat elf sex" happened on Stevenson's kitchen table.

Yeah.

It's been quite a new year, all right.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! My mom, my brother, and some friends of his are going skiiing for the week. Said friends stayed over here last night and well all played games for a while. I owned everyone in Brawl. ;-)

Got a couple things added to my "to do" list this week, but I'll be getting paid for most of them, so that's cool. Once those are done later this week, I'm going to try and get some RPs and stuff going again.

Hey Josiah, did you happen to use the Pokemon Trainer while playing Brawl? Too bad he doesn't have a Torchic :-)

Hey!

WE WON A HOCKEY GAME! AFTER A FLIPPIN' 9 GAME LOSING STREAK, WE WON! FINALLY!

We won 2-0. Oh, and I got an assist (well, I'm not sure if it's techinically written as an assist, but everyone on the team believes it to be one) on the second goal. What I did was shot it at the net, a girl on our team tipped it, it hit the goalie's pads and bounced off a foot or so, then another girl on our team shot it in. I think that counts for an assist (almost actually scored earlier :O )

Arg...quiz and test tomorrow. Curses!

Oh, and if anyone is knowledgable about geometry, I NEED YOUR HELP! THIS DARN CALENDAR PROJECT IS KILLLLING ME! I'm dead! It's due the 20th, and I've gotten about 1/3 of the problems, and a few of them I'm not really sure on. All of the other ones make my brain a'splode. >.< Waaaaah.....
