:-[====] Holy cow Gar, that's AWESOME!

"Allen, now 17 and still captivated by the Mansion's macrebre prescence..."

Love it.

I think I've changed my mind. I said I wanted to narrate in Mafia, but now I think I want Gar to do it!

Heso! That's... macabre, not macrebre. Outside of a few tense issues (was/become is wrong; should be was/became), it's otherwise quite interesting, though...

And now I've got an idea for a new siggy grammar lesson.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Fixed. Thanks Silver. I would have liked for you to check it all, but it would take me a while to type it down(I wrote it on paper) and you probably wouldn't want to do my teacher's job. Speaking of which, she needs to focus more on grammar and less on liturature.

Gar: I don't mind grammar checking. Ever. It's like... my one purpose in life. Cat has me look over all her English papers before she hands them in so she doesn't loose points for grammar...

And Cheesey: I know what you mean! It seems everyone's been having rotten luck lately, except that... mine's been... kind of amazing. You know, what with the play... and the amazing successfulness... and my lead roleiness... is it normal for someone to smile when people passing in the hallway shout "Get a life!"? Because I do. I posted it in the say something random thread - there's one point where I ask the audience, "Do you all want to remain here until dawn while we thoroughly question you?" and usually get a resounding "No!"... but when I actually got a "YES!" I went with it and was like, "Did I hear a 'yes'? Get a life!" Which... wasn't in the script, for the record. And apparently, it was the highlight of the show for the people in the sound booth. So now every time they see me, it's "Get a life!"

Aaand tomorrow's Halloween. How can a human being possibly be upset at Halloween? I'm going trick or treating, dang it! Thank God for four-year-old siblings... It's less than an hour away in my timezone. Which means... I should really be asleep by now... but it's like, the inevitable sugar high has already kicked in.

AND I have next week off of school. I've got... absolutely nothing to complain about. I mean, I could moan about quarterlies, I suppose... but that's really not a big deal. Compared to what everyone else has got going on, anyway...

hehe I ignored spelling and grammar because I was too busy thinking how great the story was sounding >.<

It's already Halloween here. Nothing interesting is happening because nobody really celebrates it around here. I'm finishing my costume for a friends birthday party in two days, but that's about it.

I actually feel sleepy. Meh.

hjbmn mmmmm ghjbn mk ,n (that was me resting ym head on the keyboard. interesting.)

Well, I better pack for my trip... I WANT MY LAPTOP!!!!!! :'(

in that case, I'm going to photocopy my story, PM it to you, wait for you to correct it, then post it here.

Heso!

That's allot of bad luck going around...

Anyway more people celebrate Halloween where i am then Astral. But its mostly the kids that are into it.

Somehow I went from being Robin Nico to Wednesday Adams. Meh, their both still awesome characters so either way. I ended up helping set up in the morning too, and carve out the pumpkins. Also one of the clients asked Jason(head chef) when "The Goth One"(meaning mee) would be coming on stage. Jas told the client 'She doesn't. I find it funny tehe. The Goth One.

Happy Halloween!

Actually, I'm really not that excited. *sigh* I don't get to go trick-or-treating this year, or even hand out candy. Have to go to Marching Band. And we didn't even put up the Halloween decorations this year! I honestly can't believe it's Halloween. It sorta...snuck up on me.
After marching band, we're supposed to go to my friend's house to watch scary movies, but I'm not sure if that's happening because my dad doesn't want to come pick me up at midnight. Plus, though I'm not scared of scary movies, I see no fun in watching them. Honestly, they're kinda boring, and a little bit spooky. I just really don't like them very much.
Man, and what really stinks is I printed out a picture of me in my Shere Khan outfit from the play for a project, and right now it's sitting (because pictures totally sit) right next to the computer, and I'm smiling in the picture. What's bugging me is I'm so happy there AND I'm in my Shere Khan outfit, which is what I was planning on being for Halloween!
OH THE IRONY OF IT ALL...
But seriously, it's a picture where I actually look good. Mebbe I'll post it in the picture thread....but probably not. :P
Man...can't believe I'm sad on Halloween....that's just so....against the rules. *sigh*

Hi! I'm not having bad luck, like a lot of you, but I'm not having a particularily great time like Silver either. Today, I've got a 8-10 page paper to write. I've got an outline for another one due Thursday (a slight pain since I never write outlines for anything if I can help it (never really had the need for them, I keep things organized just fine in my head)), and the actual paper due two weeks after that (shouldn't be hard to write, but requires a ton of reading as prep work). And then there's my Japanese workbook, which I need to complete and turn in on this coming Thursday. A lot of it is done already...but most of the stuff that isn't done is the really long annoying parts.

Hey Silver, since you're such an awesome grammar checker and all, would you have any interest in proof reading some of my books? I mean, I proof them multiple times, and my family and some friends usually mark stuff they see when reading, but none of them are really knowledgable enough to spot more than the basic typos. And me...well, it's tough to thuroughly proof your own stuff. Basically, I'd send you a Word doc, you'd read it and make me list of what you find. Kinda time consuming...but you'd get to read my books without waiting who knows how long for me to find a publisher.

Hey.

Geometry's been way too hard lately....stupid centroids and incenters and orthocenters and circumcenters and epicenters (oh wait, that's earthquakes....).

On another note, I'm 1% of the posts now. :D

On yet another note...no trick or treating....*sigh*
Lots of people dressed up at school today. It was awesome.

I know I'm probably too old to trick-or-treat, but I want to get candy...
On the bright side I finished my science project. At 10:30, but I finished it.

In school today, there were so many people dressed up. One person was dressed up as ship from Deadliest Catch! Oh and some kid was Michael Phelps, and took his warm-ups on stage, and stood there in a speedo the rest of the time. My school is odd.

Oh, and congrats Josiah for 800 comics!

Konbanwa.
Too old for trick-or-treating? What do you mean by that? I went trick-or-treating last year, when I was 17. I might also go trick-or-treating this year (depending on what my friends decide to do), and now I'm 18. Most people would say that's already too old, but screw that. You're never too old for doing what you like to do.
It's somehow funner when you get older, actually; you're not as concentrated on getting candy and more concerned about hanging out with friends and admiring their costumes, if they're wearing any.
That's pretty neat, getting to proofread books before they're published. Whoot for Silver's grammar prowess! :D
Speaking of which, is there a way to buy your book without shopping for it online, Josiah? I've been looking around and haven't found a copy yet. :x
...I was assuming it's being sold in bookstores, but thinking back on it, now I'm not sure if that's the case... oo'

About my story, Silver. I won't get it back for some time, becuase I turned it in to my teacher and she needs to grade it. But, I can asker her to give me a photocopy, which I can PM to you. I just don't know if she'll do that or not.

Happy Halloween!
