Who is Kira?

Attention Mafia players and Death Note viewers! I took this game from another forum which took it from another forum, etc...
Anyway:
Here's a description of the players of this game:

Kira - The secret killer. This person will eliminate the other players one by one every day. It's the goal of Kira to kill all of the other players before they can guess who is really Kira.

Shinigami - The Game Master. The Shinigami chooses who will be Kira for a round and announces each day who dies and how they die when Kira decides to kill someone for the day.

Investigative team - The people who sign up initially before I declare that a Kira has been chosen. These are the people that Kira must kill to win the game. Kira will be among you in secret. Your job is to deduce which of you is Kira from the killings and actions of Kira.

Civilians - Anyone who posts in the thread after the choosing of a Kira is a Civilian and is not a requirement for Kira to kill to win, although this does not mean that they are immune to Kira's killing and control.

Dead people - For the sake of making sure there's no confusion, if you're dead, post in red. And keep in mind, your input means practically nothing, as you are quite dead.

So here's how it works:

People start by signing up for the investigative team.
After a certain number of people have signed up, I will list them in this post and then PM a random member and assign them as Kira.
Kira is allowed to kill ONE person per day by PM'ing the Death Note entry to me, the Shinigami. I will announce the death, as to avoid revealing who is Kira.
Kira is allowed to make a descriptive death (limited to the boundaries of what is actually humanly possible). This can possibly throw people off, or increase suspicion around you. Be careful how you use the Death Note.
Kira is allowed to tell others he is Kira, but he must be careful who he tells, as that person might just use that information to end the game.
To capture Kira, all of the other investigative team members must agree on who is Kira, and must kill him through physical means.
To further protect the identity of Kira, any deaths carried out by any person's own means (without using the death note) must also be carried out by me, the Shinigami. YOU MUST PM THE SHINIGAMI IF YOU WISH TO PHYSICALLY KILL SOMEBODY FOR ANY REASON. Whether or not these deaths are successful is determined by me. If they are not successful, I will still inform everyone how you tried to kill someone, and failed.
If the Kira chosen is having a hard time keeping suspicion off of him, he is able to recruit a second Kira from the team. This person's name MUST be PM'd to the Shinigami. I will NOT announce that a second Kira was chosen.
The second Kira can only use the death note on a day that the original Kira has decided not to kill someone (2 kills a day would kill everyone off way too fast).
If the investigative team makes their final decision of who is Kira and they pick the second Kira, then the team loses and Kira wins.
If the game goes on for 13 days and Kira hasn't killed anyone, Kira will die and the game will end. (I know this isn't true in the show, but it's still a good rule to use in this to prevent a Kira from not killing anyone and the game halting to a stop.)

Not quite, it sounds like it'd be a better monster game which would explain the 13 days or death part. Vampires and whatnot. But it's Mafia without the cops and spies and with a couple odd things.
