My feet hurt and I have to use the PC... not good here.

Computer over = yes. (not very yes. Very yes implies blue screen. this is just... BLAGH!) I ended up with some particularly nasty virus that broke through my anitiviruses and did something hinky to the operating system. Now the windows automatic updates won't turn on.. it's slow (and I don't mean "Oh that took a whole 5 seconds instead of 2" I mean "oh, that took a whole 5 minutes instead of 2 seconds")... and all these popups and trojans keep appearing as though i have no antivirus.

I even switched from Avast! to AVG... *sigh* So now this means I have to buy a new Laptop. I mean I could get it fxed, but there have already been so many other problems with it that I just think it owuld be easier to get a new one

I DON'T EVEN LIKE WINE!! (although I havn't tried red wine so I'm not gonna ultracrepidate there)

But, being Astral I have to tell the positive sides here: I have a job. I'm getting monies. With monies I can buy games^^ oh, and I finally have a Wi-Fi connector for my DS! (and soon my Wii)
(but that requires Windows XP so I have to wait till I get a new laptop... SNARFLEGARBLE !!!)

What else is good... I don't know I'm tired. There are other good things I thought of before but I've forgotten them... blah.

On that note, I strongly recommed not getting Gateway either. Bad brand. Somehow the graphics card burned out while I was playing warcraft 3 (not exactly top notch graphics) and made the entire video card slot unusable. And when I called them for tech service, they hung up on me 3 times, 2 times I didn't even get to a person before I was dropped. Fun times.

Konnichiwa. Well, not only did I not sleep that well last night, my legs have been sore all morning. I tried twice to get up out of my chair earlier today but ended up falling back into it. It's rather sad.

Had a pretty bad day again..
'K, so we went to this place called the Ecotarium for an Enviornmental Science field trip. Only problem is, the trip is mostly outside and it was raining! Not quite pouring, but it was raining a lot!
We were all sopping wet, not to mention we had to take notes the entire time! Meaning, my paper got sopping wet as well. Blarg! It stunk!
Oh, and it's still raining. That's why I'm not at the football game being all marching band-ish.

Hi! Made it to my grandparents' place ok. Physically my grandpa isn't in very good shape but he's doing just fine mentally, which is good. Internet is slow here but I'll get on when I can. Mafia and PP updates will have to wait a day or so though. Had a really early flight so I only got like 3 hours of sleep last night...

Shadowman has a point Astral, formating your hard drive will erase everything on it and kill nearly all viruses (there's a few that can survive it, but it's unlikely that the one you have is one of them). Way cheaper than buying a new computer (seeing as it's free). On the topic of brands, good ones include Dell, Sony, Lenovo, and Apple (though I'm not a Mac fan so I don't really recommend Apple).

I'm using a Mac right now. It's not too bad, but it took some getting used to. The only thing that rather annoys me is the utter lack of compatibility with all the games I play, both on- and offline.
That, and the chat program (Audium) has some issues I don't quite know how to clear up.

I'd agree, but I've always had problems with the dells I worked with. Then again, they recently bought a company or something and have better hardware now don't they? IBM makes good computers too if I recall. Not sure about laptops. I get Lenovo because it's hard to find accupointers these days.
And I like PC better from ease of use that comes with using it since my first computer and the fact that it actually has games.
But Mac is good for art and whatnot. That may be why I don't use them.

Our marching band performance at the football game was canceled because last time it was raining, the sky opened up and poured only while we were playing. We think the fates hate our new show. So we're waiting to see what happens with the competition today.
