You're supposed to ask him to check our entire answer for that quesion. So, our full answer for 14 is...

Well, if we ask him that, the he could say no and also include one of the other requirements in that answer, so i'd THOUGHT i'd narrow it down...

15. How DO IPA pull money out of thin air to perform a Pay Day Attack?

They use alchemy to transmute ordinary items, such as rocks, into money. Either that or it's all because of aliens.

Yes to the method (It's just like Monster Rancher~), yes to Abrat, no to Tyrobby. Although you're... half right with that one.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
