As time unfronze, Josiah quickly turned his mind away from the stranger and to the battle. Just before his formly interrupted attack connected, there was a blinding flash. He reappeared almost immediately, a couple of dozen yards in the distance.

"You know what?" he called. "This is too easy! No point in ending it so soon is there? If anything your stupid little transformation just made you weaker and slower. I probably didn't need to use this form. Heck, I bet you can't even hit me with your current speed. Come on, give it a try? Let's see if you can manage to land an attack." he taunted, motioning for Sally to come at him.

I tilted my head to the side, rather taken by surprise. A simple "Okay." echoed from my lips before I recited a short but damn useful spell.

"50 G!"

Despite it's name, this spell doesn't multiply the gravity by 50...just enough so floating is impossible.

Josiah quickly guaged the increased gravity and figured he could probably fight if it he wanted to. But for now, he merely glided down to the ground. "What? You want a footrace? Fine. You`re still not fast enough to hit me."

While he was gliding down she readied another spell, making strange gestures with her right hand while channeling the required energies until she yelled out the spell name, being the trigger to it: "Slow!"

She smiled and blew him a kiss from afar.

"I'll let you know that speed is not everything...you also need..."

Suddenly Josiah could feel a pair of hands massage his shoulders gently.

"Enough time..." By the time he looked back Sally wasn't in front of him anymore but behind, gently working her magic fingers to give you a soft rubbing in a relaxing manner.

Sally's hands went right through Josiah's shoulders as if he was a ghost. Suddenly she felt a very strange wave of energy pouring into her body.

"That's a cheap trick." he grinned. "But I never said I didn't want you to touch me." The illusion vanished as the wave of energy strengthed, feeiling like a flood tearing through her.

At that moment the real Josiah appeared. The Legionairre Blade had been replaced by Rainbow Ultima's normal swords, which were sheathed. His hands were pressed tightly together as energy crackled around them. "Time for you to return to you own body. Soul Splitter!" he violently pulled his hands apart, shattering the energy wave.
At the same moment, Sally felt as if she was being torn in two as she split into two body's. The first, was Sally as she had appeared at the beginning of the battle, the other looked like Virgo but vanished an instant later, now that Sally's power was no longer keeping it in existance.

"There..." he was breathing heavily but grinning. "Now the only Virgo is the one in her card and you have no more connection to her. Any interest in fighting fair now?"

The wraith looked distraught at first but after a short while began to laugh.

"Heh...hehe...BWAHAHAHAHA! I so didn't see that coming! Oh my god that was a good one, exploiting my invincibility to better free her! Bravo Josiah, bravo!"

She wiped off tears of joy away from her cheeks before looking back at her enemy once again. A simple bow was made toward him.

"And you even managed to keep Virgo alive despite all this...but now...now there is only one thing I can do."

The tigress spirit slowly knelt on both legs, closed her eyes and joined her hands before praying.

Josiah watched Sally, puzzled. When she had said 'only one thing I can do', praying wasn't exactly what he'd expected. Figuring that she was probably up to something, he kept an eye on her while using his Ray of Hope card to revive Virgo.

((Virgo is healed but still in her card for the time being.))
