"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I'd definitely hold off for a bit. His IPA all have eight wins. Your strongest IPA (with ten wins - only a slight advantage over his) is a Flying type. The second strongest is an Electric/Steel type - it would be suicide to go up against his Phanectrike. You're going to be relying pretty heavily in Sandblaster, from the looks of it, so level him but a bit more first.

Hydration heals status conditions if Rain Dance is in effect. So I suppose that would help against Wattson quote a bit... but your Chione will need a heck of a lot of levelling up before it can help you much. Half-Legendary or not, it wouldn't last long against Magneduo's Pursuit with a six win disadvantage.

I mentioned it in teh Son of Saying Hi to Josiah topic, but I figure it would be a good idea to post it here, too... I'm leaving for Stevenson's tomorrow after school. The chances of IPA updating Thursday and Friday are zero to none... and depending on when my mom decides she wants to leave* I may not get a chance to post here tomorrow, either.
*The time she shoves us all in the car, goes back into the house to get something she forget, then comes back an hour and a half later saying she got a phone call from her friend Jane who she hasn't talked to since High School or maybe the last time we went to visit a family memeber who lives several hours away...
