I can't speak for what some people want to do up north, but there certainly isn't in southern Ontario (although that would be kinda cool to see!)

There's one in Montréal and one in Québec.

Do Canadians say "Ey" or "Ay" a lot, or is that just a stereotype?

Hmmm...well my friends and I do say "eh?" once in a while, it's certainly not a common thing where I live. If you want to know what most of the canadians that I've listened to sound like, go listen to Kirby Morrow, from any of the shows that he's voice acted in.

....you didn't just ask about the weather. Please tell me you didn't just ask about the weather.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:

Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.

Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:

Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

First question: No clue. Second question: Depends on what part of Canada. In the far south of Ontario, it's pretty warm and sometimes it doesn't snow before Christmas. I assume the weather is similar in south-western B.C. and the Maritimes. Everywhere else though, it's pretty cold and snowy come December.

What? I just wanted to know if it snows that early in Canada. Now I know that It's only an icebox in the far north of Canada.

How's the weather up there?

Actually, I wanted to know what the traditional Thanksgiving is like up there. Do you guys eat turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce then sit in front of the TV and fall asleep watching football too?
