"If he can do that to an entire city, just think the destruction he can cause... to my hair..." -Beauty (Bobobo)
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

your witnissin insanity on your feet
I am the king that rule u all geeks
I am the factor that rule all ya dreams
Sneaking up to jail and break the bars down
Your heart beat is the only sound
Step into the light and then you’ll know you were stopped and dropped by the walls of Jericho

This is my history homework. The questions are in italics, my answers are... not. Figured I may as well share this, since it was the most fun I've had with homework... um... ever.

WARNING: Do not attempt unless your teacher is cool, I repeat, DO NOT attempt unless your teacher is cool
Silver wrote:1. Define the term imperialism. What fueled America to join other nations in this expansion?
Imperialism is a term used in Rurouni Kenshin to describe the "Bad Guys". I mean, uh, the policy of extending a nation's authority over other countries by economic political, or military means. America joined in the expansion because all their friends were doing it. Manifest Destiny, the search for new markets to fix that overproduction problem they had, their desire for military strength and pride in their democracy helped too... but let's face it, peer pressure was a big factor.
2. What was America's solution to overproduction?
America had this litle problem with over production. They were just so proud of their new factories, they couldn't help but make much they needed... it's like the philosophy in regards to fast food nowadays. Way more McDonalds than we need. The solution to overproduction? Trade with other nations - Imperialism, in the long run - to get more raw materials and get rid of their excess manufactured goods. The solutions to McDonald's taking over the world? If I had one, I'd be out enacting it right now... that clown must be stopped!
3. Explain why some were critical of Seward's purchase of Alaska.
At first, nobody liked the idea of Seward buying Alaska from Russia. "Dang it Seward," they said, "it's just so COLD out there!" The House of Representative pointed and laughed and called it his icebox. Then they found oil. Suddenly Seward was much more popular.
4. Why were American business groups against Queen Liliuokalani and her "Hawaii for the Hawaiians" approach?
So all these business tycoons set out for Hawaii, right? Nice place, real pretty and all that. There was just this one little problem. There were already people living there, and they didn't take kindly to foreigners stealing their land and messing up their government so only they could vote. Especially Queen Name-that-no-one-can-pronounce. She wanted to give some rights back to the people that, y'know, were there first, but the rich people led a revolt so they could continue to abuse the poor natives. And why shouldn't they appose anything that threatens their wealth? Morals? Nah, they hadn't been invented yet.
5. Describe U.S.-Spanish relations in regards to the Caribbean island of Cuba.
America had gotten kind of nervous about Cuba, since it was so close to Florida and all. It would be pretty bad if they attacked Disney World - then where would Football players go after winning the Super Bowl? So they tried to buy it from Spain, who currently had the liscence to abuse Cubans. Spain had been a huge world empire with fame, fortune, and dancing girls with those clicky things, but they had lost almost all of it ("All right, who's idea was it to buy the giant golden taco?"). Needless to say, they were pretty ticked off and did not want to sell Cuba. Which made the United States pretty ticked off and everyone was angry so they went to war about it.
6. Why were Americans divided over Cuban Independence?
6. The split in opinion on Cuban Independence was for a very simple reason: one of every two Americans in the late 1800s was a jerk. Half were all, "Yeah! That's just like when we told those Brits what was for! More power to 'em!" The other half were more like, "No way! I'm making money off of those Spaniards! Leave 'em alone!"

It was lonely... you promised you'd write to me, but you never did... the months passed by, and I still thought of you every day, but you never called. I never got any letters from you.

So eventually, I started to lose faith... I thought you had been killed in that terrible, terrible war. Or maybe that you had forgotten about me. It's been so long, you probably found another girl over there... I never stopped loving you, but I didn't think you cared about me anymore, so welcoming you back just would have been too painful for me... I'm sorry. I'm glad you've come back home *sniff*

So Matrix is actually a LAN-like thing? Does it lag in there?

Me and my fellow companions watching Matrix Revolutions totally drunk.
