Blood Fang sighed. He knew that she was on the verge of an emotional breakdown, and that she was hurt. "Look, I'll carry him. Its hurting your shoulder and you need to rest." He took the body from Nikka and carried him, face down, so that Nikka couldn't see his face. "Listen. I know I just meet you, but I know enough that you are in love with him, but crying won't do any good. I'm going to burry him when we leave this mansion, and then you can cry all you want," he said. "I'm sorry if I sound a little blunt or mean, its just that, well..... never mind. You lead the way."

"No.. I know that.." Nikka muttered, "I've already been through this once," she added, finding her own personal humor in that. With a small sigh, she led Blood Fang to the mansion, waving off vampire's quizzical looks.

Inside, his heart was being fixed as Alex felt like he was carried to a far off place. His breath was still fine, just that people didn't hear the heart beat. It was soft and quiet, but if someone, his kind or something else noticed it. Alex was still alive, but a heart that was weak, and his life on threads now.

Nikka made her way to her room, still leading Blood Fang. She instructed him to lay Alex on the bed, but froze when she realized his chest was moving. She stared at him for a moment, before glancing down at the wolf, eyes wide. "Is he..?"

Alex knew that he had to breath louder, but that wasn't the case. So instead, he moved his hand up and then back down. He was hopping that someone would see that and notice that he wasn't dead yet.

Nikka cleared the distance between them in a few quick strides, and placed her hand on his neck, feeling for a pulse. There was one, short and quiet. She glanced over at Blood Fang.

"So he is alive. I would leave him alone if I were you. He needs his rest. I'll stay here and make sure no one hurts him." He glanced at Nikka, then at Alex. "Better yet, you stay with alex, I'll keep watch outside."

Nikka nodded solomnly, as she watched Blood Fang leave the room. With a short breath, she glanced back down at Alex. "So you're alive..." she murmured.

With a few minutes Alex felt his hand warm and his heart was moving a little bit more in his chest. He wanted to wake up or move, but couldn't. Instead, he moved his hand again, hope that someone will notice.

Blood Fang sighed. How could he forget. He knew that vampires don't die. they just stop breating and their hearts stop. they come back to life eventually. He shook his head and bonked himself on the head(like on those V8 comercials). He noticed that the sun was going to rise in a few minutes and decided to go out side and change, unless he wants Nikka to find him nude.

Nikka pressed her hand to Alex's forehead, and smiled slightly. "How greedy am I.." she mumbled to herself.

Alex moved his hand closer to Nikka's. Its warmth made him smile inside, but still felt so weak after all of this.

Nikka took Alex's hands tightly in hers. "It's alright..." she murmured, to herself and to him.

Alex started to open his eyes to see Nikka again, and felt that this will never be the last time. Even if his life will change forever.
