Looking Back:
I like the title of this one. Once again notice the poorly done motion blurs and the ugly little rock in panel two. See how the background changes in each panel. When a person is walking it's important to show that they're actually getting somewhere. And, when you're zoomed in like this, changing the scenery is the best way to do it. Anyway, Brendan manages to escape from the crazy little kid and finds the tall grass. Unfortunately for him, it seems to have changed from the tall grass to the very tall grass. And thus begins the lost in the tall grass series of strips. |
