Achievements, Avatar Awards, and Trophies

This is a thread for anyone who wants to discuss Achievements, Avatar Awards, and Trophies. How to get them, favorite ones, hardest to get, coolest ones... whatever. Right now the main ones I'm after are "The Real Deal" and "Still Something To Prove" achievements for Left 4 Dead 2. The avatar award I'm most proud of right now is Jun's helmet (Halo: Reach) which I got from killing 100 enemies in a row in Firefight without dying. (Not really all that hard to do compared to the others, but its still really cool to have.)
