Heso! I suppose all the Mugiwara pirates do have pretty tragic pasts... I never really thought about it, because none of them went emo because of it. I mean, I guess Nami kind of did... but that wore off soon enough.
Sanji's 4kids VA = Mafioso with a head cold. Usopp's 4kids VA = Abomination of nature. Again, thank God for FUNimation...
And I rather enjoy the Bleach as well. As a matter of fact... I'm watching reurns on Adult Swim right now... I have watched all the anime subbed, though. Ikkaku and Hanatarou pwn XD ...Of course, even after 133 episodes, I still prefer One Piece... Darn that Usopp. No character will ever top him in terms of complete ridiculousness.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

I like too many people in Bleach to single out favorites. I CAN list the characters I hate: Sousuke, and Aaroniro. That's it. Everyone else, I like or am neutral with.
And Johnny (Ichigo's English voice actor) totally butchered Hollow Ichigo's voice. I was sad. Masakazu is so much better (that guy rocks, seriously. Him and Romi Paku). :D
I forgot to mention that I like the plot for One Piece too. It's quite interesting. And though I also love the storyline for Bleach (filler arc/episodes weren't even that bad, though it dragged a bit), I get this premonition it might end soon. Which is going to suck. ><
I'm actually okay with people going emo over tragic pasts. I don't know why. It just doesn't bother me that much. Though Sasuke...I used to think he was cool, but not anymore. He took it a bit too far. Associating himself with Orochimaru couldn't have helped either, since I loathe Orochimaru.

Hi! I don't plan on giving up on PV just cause I'm going to Japan, there'll be a week or two of guest comics and possibly a couple missed updates at the start but other than that, I'm gonna to my best to keep updating three times a week (although update times might change a bit). And even if I did have to stop the comic for a while (which shouldn't happen) the site and forums aren't going anywhere.

Bleach fillers aren't bad... The Bount arc was cool no matter how you look at it. And episode 133 pwned, but I may just be saying that because I'm an Ikkaku fan... Either way, Bleach fillers have nothing on One Piece fillers. One Piece fillers are the best. Biased? Possibly. But you guys haven't seen episode 318.
In regards to tragic pasts, I can forgive a bit of emo-age, which is why Nami is still cool but Sasuke is more annoying than Naruto. Because Naruto's past was plenty tragic, but he's like, anti-emo.
And for the record... One Piece wasn't exactly popular with kids while 4kids was in charge, either. They took a high-quality show and made it low-quality with crappy editting. Even kids aren't going to watch it. Not to mention the Gum Gum Rap's obnoxious no matter how old you are.
