Yeah, tell me about it.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure of all of the famous theme parks, hershey park is the closest to me....maybe Busch gardens?
Anyway, naturally with it being so close, I go to it, well...almost never. I've been there once. Been to Disney twice (although once was with a marching band).
Anyway, Hershey's great. Glad you could go. Oh, and I hope you weren't attacked/molested by the people in giant candy outfits.
Stevenson's Vocabulary Word of the Week:
Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.
Stevenson's Latin Phrase of the Week:
Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.
Haiba! I see Cheezdude joined my forum. As did Mandi and Stevenson. So I'm wondering...WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF YOU?! And don't say it's because Merku and Jax's prank wars are out of control! >:E

Hi! My grandparents live about an hour away from Hershey Park so I go there every year when I come back to visit them. It's fun, especially if you like roller coasters. To answer Poik's question, they add something new pretty much every year. Depending on when you were last there, there's probably some new coasters at the very least. The big thing this year though is a whole bunch of water slides and other water stuff. But I didn't get the change to try them out thanks to the afore mentioned rain storm.
Hmm... I really should post in a bunch of RPs... Might have to wait till I get back to CO but I'll definately do it then.
Well not much going on here except I finally got Pearl!!!
W007...
Redback, Funnel-Web, Blue-ringed octopus
Taipan, Tigersnake and a Box jellyfish
Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell
That spikes you when you pick it up
Put a pokemon up for trade, and now I've a lvl 92 Japanese Pikachu. Bit overpowered, and I can't use it until I beat the last gym leader. Good thing (s)he's up next.
eDiT: Just as I figured. I put it in three random pokemon battles. It obeyed me the first 2 times, but wouldn't listen to a word I said on the 3rd battle.
Heso! Silver has returned from AnimeNEXT! It's been a very educational trip. This is a list of what he learned:
1. Luffy cosplayers pwn.
2. Usopp cosplayers pwn even more.
3. Unless they're specifically episode 236 Usopp cosplayers, in which case they're sadists and should be sentenced to watching the 4kids dub of One Piece for all eternity.
4. Well, not really.
5. Yeah, Usopp cosplayers pwn.
6. Snorlax cosplayers pwn more.
7. Uh-huh, there was a Snorlax cosplayer.
8. Anyway, 12012 pwns.
9. Chris Patton pwns.
10. Monica Rial pwns.
11. Silver needs to stop watching Romeo x Juliet.
12. This list is going to be long.
13. Kokoro no Chizu is Silver's favorite One Piece opening (Ok, I didn't learn that, per se, but...)
14. The knowledge that Kokoro no Chizu is One Piece opening 5 would have won Silver a trivia contest if he also knew the following fact.
15. Mario is from Brooklyn.
16. Seriously, what the Fudge Crackers?!
17. He's Italian no matter how you look at it!
18. Going for eight hours without food is a bad idea.
19. Especially when cosplaying as a Shounen anime hero.
20. Everybody knows that Shounen anime heros have bottomless pits for stomachs.
21. It tends to rub off on you when you're walking around in an Edward Elric Costume.
22. Oh, speaking of which...
23. Silver isn't the only male Edward Elric cosplayer.
24. All the other ones wear miniskirts, though.
25. Silver needs to change the subject and hope everyone forgets that.
26. Tsubasa Chronicle is really, really popular.
27. You can't throw a rock at an anime convention without hitting an Ed, Naruto, or Sakura cosplayer.
28. One Piece merchandise is hard to come by, even at an anime convention.
29. Silver did manage to find a Luffy plushie, though.
30. Silver needs to stop talking in the third person.
31. And this list needs to end.
32. Now.
33. Oh, one more thing.
34. Having anime geek friends pwns.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate." Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
Hi! Whenever I go to cons it's Cloud, Vash, and Inuyasha cosplayers that I always see a ton of. Speaking of cosplay, how about a picture of you in costume Silver?
Well, finally beat what's-his-face at the last gym in Diamond, and now I can use Japanese Pikachu (who I've dubbed Ekachu since I can't understand Japanese lettering). After that, I took on the Elite 4.
...
...
...
I lost. Quite horribly. Ekachu is now at lvl 96, and I'm going to train my Empoleon and Dialga to higher levels.
eDiT: And on slightly related note, does anyone know what berries, and where, are good for raising cool levels?
EdIt2: Also, does anyone know where I can get an Eevee? I want an Umbreon really badly.
