That sounds like a pretty good plan, D.G. Sira said. Maybe a few more people could join you. She attemped to look around the alley. One of us though should give this place a last look around, wait for their eyes to adjust. I could do that, then meet up with you guys. Just in case there's something like a clue that we've missed. Y'know, like "leave no stone unturned" and all. Turning towards the darkness once again, she stared out, hoping something would come into focus.

GROUP 1 (Zanther, Sira, Mickey, D.G.)
Sira's (and everyone else's) eyes were still struggling to adjust to the bright light, leaving them unable to see much of anything either inside or outside of the ally.
GROUP 2 (Capperoff, Takeru, Tod, Kako)
As Kako tries to peek around the curtain, Capperoff and Takeru push it aside, temporarily blinding both themselves and the others as a brilliant white light shines through. When their vision begins to clear, they notice something very odd. It's not that the ally was that dark or the light that bright, but the entire area seems to be colored only in black and white. And not like old movie and TV shows shows, with all their shades of gray, but just black and white, highlighted by more black and white. The buildings, the people walking past, and even the Earth team members themselves all looked like silhouettes. It was all very surreal.
Group 3 (Chris, Eclectric, Kaida, Richard)
The group continued to hear the scratching and squeeking noises but if there were rats (or something similiar) around, it was too dark to see them.
