Round 4: The Village of Shadows

SIRA & KAIDA
The guide let them down a long flight of stairs and through another door into an arched tunnel which stretched off in both directions. Several feet to the side, the floor dropped sharply into a wide water filled canal. A similiar walkway could be made out on the other side, along with occasional bridges in the distance.

"This is one of 30 official entrances to the village's underground. I say official because, over the centuries, many individuals created secret entrances of their own to use as escape tunnels or hide-aways. We'll be stopping at several of the more famous ones later in the tour. Please follow me and keep back from the edge." he began to lead the way fown the tunnel. "These tunnels are actually a massive expansion of a small natural cave system that was discovered under the village shortly after its founding..." As they walked, they passed several turns and side tunnels leading elsewhere. ((Are you focusing on what the guide says, trying to look around as much as possible, or doing something else?))

Sira payed attention to the guide while keeping an eye out for anything mysterious. She searched around her for anything that stood out.

[Kaida]

An underground canal, I guess they have no water shortages here, I wonder how far it goes. Kaida thought listening to the guide as she searched the area around them as much as she could. These caves seem to be huge and extensive, we'll have to be careful not to get lost if we do leave the group. She said quietly to Sira.

SIRA & KAIDA
As the tour continued, the guide pointed out which tunnels led to various parts of the town, showed them some entrances which had been made and/or used by notable historical figures, and kept up a seemingly endless stream of related trivia. The pair didn't see anything that particularily stuck out... ((I'm not going to write the entire tour speech, so are there any particular facts or bits of info you're listening for?))

"Todd, Cap, Kako? Do you three see anything?" Looks at everyone, then glances at Todd.

[*^_^*kako]

"I don't think so." I say looking around. "Do you think thouse people from before might still be hanging around?"

[Kaida]

Seeing as Sira's clue said it was close to the fountian we should probably look undeground around there. I wonder which way we'd need to go though. Kaida thought looking around half paying attention to the guide incase he said something about the water fountian. "I wonder if the tour goes under or near the fountian." She said to Sira.

[Metalheadz]

"We're gonna have to assume they are. If you hear anything suspicious, it has to be them." He says as he leans towards a tree.

[Josiah]

SIRA & KAIDA
Eventually guide does mention the fountain and points down a tunnel to the side, but he says that the area is currently closed for repairs.

[Kaida]

"That sounds right, lets go Sira." Kaida said as she slowly dropped to the back of the group, and leading the way, attempted to split off and headed for the tunnel.

[Winters Rage]

CHRIS
Chris finds a suitable rock and throws it past the group of people. It hits a tree with a solid thwack...

"Crap, I bet they know where I am now, I should move! Chris thought to himself as he moved through the forest quietly.

[Metalheadz]

Takeru and Cap walk to where Todd is and search the area some. They then glance over to where Kako is looking. "I already have the idea we're being followed." Takeru said.

(Is this what you mean by autoing somebody?)

Chris began moving away from the group as quietly as possible. ((Which direction are you doing? Directly away from them or off to the side?))


Team 2 (Takeru, Todd, Capperoff, Kako)
Todd saw the stranger begin to move away.


SIRA & KAIDA
((Not sure why I didn't reply to you guys sooner. Sorry.))
The girls slowly dropped to the back of the group and managed to slip into the tunnel leading towards the fountain area without being soon. The tunnel was fairly large and, like the rest, had a waterway down the center with walkways on both sides and occasional bridges. Occasional smaller tunnels led off to the side. After going a short distance, they began to hear footsteps. While it was difficult to tell in the echoing space, they seemed to be coming from a moderate distance behind them.

Cap suddenly heard some moving where Todd was looking, and decided to peek again and follow a little deeper. Takeru stayed close behind.

((I'm trying to go around them))
"I should try again, I wanna find out what they are doing..." Chris thought to himself as he slowly moved around the group to a new place and picked up another rock but hit's a tree branch causing it to go short*.
