"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Aloha! Today was the best History class ever! Not only that we talked about legends of our town, but because fumes were coming into our room from the roof work (and the whole top floor may I add. And cigerette fumes 'cause the workers were smorking), we got to go to the teard room and we got our work finished early so we got to leave class for the foot ball game. Yay!
