Eeep! I way overslept this winter!
Hey, with luck I should be more active again :)
My old comp wasn't happy in December, got it fixed but it's having issues with wireless net and so on my laptop, which has none of my webcomics on it, and without a tap to remind me of them, I sort of forgot to go to them, including this one. I have soo much catching up to do.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Welcome back Neo! We were wondering what happened to you. How's everything?
Just back from Otakon myself. Well I mean back on Sunday but I slept all day Monday and then Tuesday it rained so I worked a ten hour shift and didn't really think about posting here afterwards. It was fun! I also finally got that new wallet I've been trying to get for years (on account of my poor One Piece wallet falling apart) but couldn't find anything that wasn't super huge or super girly. Ta-da!
As a final note I know precisely one person who finds semi-naked beefy muscle men to be attractive and he's a guy.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! Great you see you back, Neo! How's life?
So Silver, anything especially awesome at Otakon this year?
I wish I had something interesting to say, but I spent almost the entire day doing new employee paperwork. So yeah...

I hope we also get a mega slowking. It's my #2 favourite pokemon.
As far as Otakon goes, I got to see the English language premier of a One Piece movie, but other than that things didn't really go great for me.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey there,
So...I've been kind of inactive 'round here recently. When I do occasionally return I normally just go into the game threads, so I'm still, technically, here.
What has been keeping me away? Well, I'm getting stuff done before I head off to college...which is in a week. I'm slightly nervous, but not at the breakdown level. My main concern right now is how I'm going to lug all of my stuff up into my room on the third floor of my dorm. Should be "fun".
Looks like I just missed a conversation on women's fashion choices in media, huh? Don't know whether I'm disappointed or glad about that.
Anyway, I'll getting back to getting things done for now. Stay radical, people!

Hi! You know, while Final Fantasy VII is, in many ways, a great introduction to the RPG genre with its epic plot, interesting characters, and awesome music, I forgot that it was also before the days of good in-game tutorials and RPGs aren't the easiest genre to figure out gameplay wise, especially for someone who is fairly new to video games. Maybe I should have recommended a different game to my friend. Though, when it comes to JRPGs you can play legally on a PC, it's not like there are that many options.

Hey,
It's late/early, but I just feel I need to say that I finally ordered a 3DS and is coming sometime today. I ordered AC: New Leaf as well, so that should keep me occupied for the car ride to college on Thursday. I'm going to try and focus mainly on classes/getting used to the campus for the first few weeks so I don't slip up early on, but with a new fast computer coming with me, as well as a 3DS...Oh boy. Maturity, don't fail me now.
Anyway, off to bed so I can possibly get this sleep schedule sorted out before it becomes a nuisance!

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
I feel a little sad, I've just sold the last of my Pokemon movies on Ebay, never going to watch them again but some were as old as Pokemon 2000. Never mind, I was offered 20p for them on Music Magpie, so I'd rather they go onto someone that wants them.
still can't shift my naruto DVDs as a job lot. I'll give them a week then put them on as box sets

Hey!
Well, I'm at college now. And I got my computer set up without setting anything on fire! Rad!
So...a bit nervous, being by myself here, but I'm sure (or I hope, at least) that I'll adjust to everyday life in college. My roommate seems nice, I know the campus pretty well already, and, once again, nothing is on fire or shooting out sparks yet!
So, got to grab something to eat. The best cure for nervousness is food, as I like to say. Stay radical, people!

Hi! I just discovered that my parents have BBC as part of their cable plan. Looks like I'll be able to keep up with the new season of Doctor Who!

Hey!
So, college update. It's fine. Taking notes isn't as bad as they say. What is as bad as they say? Textbook prices. Also, I have a few evening classes so I may or may not get dinner if I don't hurry out of some of my last classes. How fun.
Finally, with my new 3DS, I've been checking streetpass every so often during the day. It seems someone on my floor or someone I pass by often has a 3DS, because I have passed by them several times now. I feel like I should meet up with them or something.
Anyway, my dorm has no air conditioning and it's humid here, so I'll take my leave to cool off. Stay radical.

Hi! I should probably start street passing at my university and see if I get anyone...
Now that work has started and everything is pretty much official for my new house (I don't have the keys quite yet, but the changes of things falling through are next to nil at this point), I've been running around trying to get all sorts of things done. Yesterday's biggest project was changing my car's registration. Today it's getting a Hawaiian driver's license.

Well, I've just been challenged to the ice bucket challenge, by my own sister!
