Eep. School starts tomorrow. I'm still not sure what to do about my classes, since of my four teachers, three are known to be really hard graders, to give a ton of homework, or to just expect a LOT. 3-4 people have assured me I'm going to die. 1 or 2 have advised me to switch out of a class or else a) I'm going to die or b) I'm not going to sleep. Then around 5-6 people told me that my teachers are hard, but they're excellent teachers, and that I would do fine. @_@ I think I need to contact someone in my department and ask about this...

In other news, we had a housewarming/birthday party yesterday. Guests ranged in age from 19 to 34. There was lots of alcohol (which, since I'm only 20, I didn't drink) and at least two people got really drunk. The party lasted so long, though (6 PM to 2 AM) that the drunk ones were able to sober up again. Then my housemates and I (plus one of the last two guests) cleaned the house, since we have a bit of an ant problem and all the leftovers would attract them. It was nearly 4 AM before I went to bed; one housemate was keeping the guests company in the living room, serving them tea to help with the hangover. Pretty fun, but also pretty exhausting.

Hi! I tried making shabu-shabu last night using my wok. It turned out really well. Would have been nice if I had a more Japanese vegatable selection, but that's a minor complaint. Besides, even with the cost of the meat and broth, it was way cheaper than eating shabu-shabu at a restaurant.

I've been here and there doing homework and studying for APs and SAT's later in the year. Nothing much else, but will probably watch some recordings of the Ravens v. Steelers game from yesterday.

Well, I didn't miss as much homework as I expected. Just have to go to my Social Studies teacher to watch the end of a video and take some notes on it, read another chapter in my book for English, do some work in Health and German, and do some worksheets in Geometry. (I didn't really miss that much in Biology, so I think I'm good there.) So, yeah, I'd better get working on those things.

Oh yeah, today also was my first day without a free period for lunch. Wasn't that bad really, I just drank a lot of water through the day.

Hi! I stopped eating lunch all together for a while in college, since I always seemed to have classes over lunch time. It's great for losing weight, but my dad said it's not healthy to skip a meal entirely so I switched to reallt light lunches. Then I started having larger lunches in Japan since I had to eat the school lunch and I've been going back and forth between normal lunches and small lunches since then depending on my schedule, where I'm living, and the like.

But I don't know why I'm going into that. Anyway, I've got a class starting in a few minutes so I've gotta run.

Well guys.....its been nice. I have to thank you guys for all you have helped me. It pains me to say this but......I have to take a leave of absence, most likely permanently. I need to figure things out. I don't know how things could turn out from this point. I could just as easily be six feet under as in my bed. I don't know if I will ever be back here. I have to find a way to figure this out, one way or another. Well, I'll remember you guys always. And so, I must bid you all adieu

So, when I was in Massachusetts, my cousin told me of this thing (I'm still not so sure it's a person...) called "Slenderman". She seemed terrified of him, so, I did what a good cousin would do...annoyed her by saying how I was interested in finding out what he is, thereby, making her tell me what Slenderman looks like.

Well, today, a friend at school told me of the YouTube videos that got Slenderman popular. Right when I got home, I multi-tasked by both watching all of the videos on that channel and finishing my homework. My friend told me that they would be pretty scary, although I did expect some basic horror tactics such as jump scares, which there are a few (Mainly when Slenderman shows up). Other then my natural reactions when a jump scare happens, I didn't find the videos that scary, but I kept on watching them for a reason my cousin already knows about. I find Slenderman very interesting, and not at all scary~ If I had any skill in making dolls, I'd make two plush Slendermen. One to keep, and the other to send to my cousin. (This is how I show that I really do care~)

So, in conclusion, Marble Hornets is not scary, Slenderman is adorable, and my friends will probably freak out when I tell them this tomorrow.

In other news, I go on my honeymoon in 2 weeks, and I have some of the photos from the wedding which I will upload laters.

Hi! The University of Florida has a Japan club and they do language tables every week for people who want to practice Japanese. I'm planning to head over there tonight. Not sure if anyone will know more Japanese than me or not, but I could use some practice (it's been six months since I got back and I'm getting a little rusty) and it'll be a good chance to meet some people around my age who aren't my students.

I got to meet the people in my group for homecoming, and they were kinda, weird... Well, aside from that I'm looking forward to seeing one of my favorite jazz guitarists in concert tomorrow, George Benson. It should be a pretty sweet weekend, aside from being booked the whole Saturday...
