Hey!
Got my school schedule in for next week when school starts. I'm also trying to train for the upcoming track season in the spring. It'll be a while from now but the working out will be all worth it as soon as the season begins.

Hey.
Had a lot of fun with D&D today!! Today, we used some pre-made characters so we could figure out what we're doing... but next time I'll actually get to make a character. I decided that my halfling rouge was a drunk (I had a wonderful bottle of root beer with me to help with the effect) when we were at a tavern, and apparently the next day he was hungover because he kept rolling 1's and 3's with a d20
Anywho, got some work on my AP Fysics B homework done today... but not as much as I would have liked... too hard >.< And I can't find the energy to start my stupid AP US essay, but I've done the rest of the homework for that class.
Tomorrow looks like it's gonna be a day of nothing... but I wanna hang with my friends :(

Hey!
Today my great uncle, grandma and her boyfriend are flying in from Wales, and I don't know what to think. Frankly I'm a bit scared of meeting her boyfriend. Oh well. Haven't been doing much since I got back from San Diego - I picked up strep and then the flu later, so I've been sitting around the house alot.
My school starts September 1. Don't see why you guys have homework already. Maybe I'm just too young.

Hi!
I've been lurking for the past few days is all...
KssU Was a pretty good game, but I got stuck on the great cave escape and couldn't figure out how to get on with the game, so I had low expectations after I got it, but then I finally got through and I enjoyed it alot.
Only happened to me 2 times through the whole game.Pikachu127 wrote:I got a Game Over.
But if you're having troubles, go to the Supermassive galaxy and when you find the planet with the huge koopas, don't kill them, jump on their backs and move the joy stick forward slowly, not too far or you'll hit their heads eventually and not too slow that you fall off, but after bouncing on one of their shells 7 times, you'll start getting a 1up every time you hit, I found this while looking for help on the final bowser battle so it was really helpful. ((<--spoilers, highlight if you want))

My friend's only in BC for another 5 days. It's been super fun having her here for the last week but now that we're past the halfway point it's like the end is looming

Hey.
So we bought the D&D Players Handbook and it has pretty pictures and I'm mezmerized by the pretty pictures. And we've found a second group to play with... I apparently asked all the wrong people when I initially asked... It's all my less-nerdy friends that really, really wanna play... kind of strange. Anywho, I get to make TWO characters with the pretty book now, so I'm a happy child
Except... that means more decisions, and I suck at those :P
BUT TWO CHARACTERS YAY!

Hey!
I suddenly lost my zest for making Sprite Comics suddenly, perhaps because I'm too focused into this stupid reading assignment. I thought I could take a short break from reading, so I'm here for now to play a few games and then I'm off.

Hi! I think I'm finally done with those DVDs! Lots of other work to do (losing my computer for three days due to DVD making put me behind on stuff), but at least I don't have to encode any more video.

Tell me more about those DVD's, Josiah. Are you burning a disc? Making a movie? Anything like that? Just curious.
Anywho, I've finished my summer reading for the day of 100 pages in Bram Stoker's "Dracula." It's actually a pretty good story, and I'm really impressed with his level of literature. Speaking of vampires, though... Am I the only one on the forum who doesn't hate Twilight? Sure, it's overly hyped right now, but it's an alright series to begin with. We can say Stephanie Meyer's level in literature isn't all great, but at least people (particularly fangirls) enjoy the books.

Hi! I took the raw video from my dad's recent seminar and turned it into a set of DVDs. I needed to do some editing, fix some weird problems with the sound, add some titles, break it into chapters, make a DVD menu, encode it, and burn it to a disc. Nothing too exciting, just ran into some problems (those sound issues and a lot of program crashes).
I don't hate Twilight and they're fairly well written for what they are (my brother forced me to read them a while back), but they're ridiculously over rated. Pretty much every shojo manga I've ever read does romance better.
