So, I'm leaving for my local Renaissance Fair soon! I'll be gone for about....two days, maybe three if I come home and instantly go to bed. (ha, like that'll happen...)

And, as always, I'll be bringing my stuffed duck/penguin/thing, Duncan. I'll also bring my book, (that I still have to read since I'm not even 1/30th of the way through it) The DaVinci Code.

I am literally unable to go anywhere without at least one electronic device, so I'll bring my Ipod with me.

I am so not a nerd for being so over-joyed because I'm going to a Renaissance Fair! The people there are just a bunch of Merry Men/Women!

Last day at drama camp was today! So sad! I got a better pay than expected, though, it was great. And one of the kids gave me flowers afterwards, it was so sweet I was also given a free professional headshot (all the kids got one, too)... and I actually don't look like a moron in a photo for once in my life, it's kind of nice. And a bunch of the kids were asking if I'd be coming back next year which would be nice but this job was below minimum wage and I'm looking to get a real job next year that ISN'T just a week.... but so many kids asked me and I don't think I've ever felt so liked before and they were so hopeful and gah they were so sweet...

SO, on another note, this weekend is going to be wonderful because I get to see two of my camp friends tomorrow, then we're going to see PurplePrincess in Broadway Our Way (AKA Hey, Mr. Producer!, which is basically just a bunch of Broadway songs from shows like Les Mis and Miss Saigon and Godspell). Then, Sunday is the Gotta Camp get-together, so I get to see a BUNCH of friends there, which is always exciting.

Oh, and a driving lesson tomorrow, whoo.

I also need to do more homework UGH WHY CAN'T I GET TO ENJOY SUMMER?!

Hi! Sounds like everyone has been having fun. Aside from playing a little Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (solo, unfortunately), I haven't really been doing anything overly fun or exciting. Thursday's karate class was pretty good (we did sticky hands, arm bars, and even a head lock, all of which are pretty rare drills) and I finished writing Chapter 11 of my book in one day instead of the three I had set aside for it (which made up for the two days I had to take off this week; one for taking my aunt and cousin to Arches and the other for working on getting more screenshot permission). I've also been taking a few minutes off from writing here and there to continue my on and off journey through the archives of Sluggy Freelance (taking a five minute break every hour or so keeps me from zoning out). Currently I've got about three years left to go, but for the first time I'm actually feeling like I might actually get through them all sometime in the not too distant future.

Whoa, long time no see Atma, hope you've been doing well!

Went to Anime Evolution today (the only convention in all of BC, so it's kind of huge). 3 hour lineup - next year I remember to preregister... - and then about another 5 hours of taking pictures and wandering around with my friends. Ended up getting a 5 pin set of longcat (one pin is the top, 3 are the middle, and the last one's the legs. I had to have it ). So yeah, good day overall!

SO driving lesson today, the instructor told me I did well, and he was surprised it was my first lesson because he thought I did really good, so that was really exciting.

And camp friends coming later today which is always an excitement of excitingness.

So the show yesterday was AMAZING and PurplePrincess sang her duet beautifully (Sun and Moon from Miss Saigon) and my other two friends were BRILLIANT. My guy friend (who will be playing Dungeons and Dragons with us later) had so many solos and he was brilliant every time. It was hilarious--he sang Chim-Chimeree from Mary Poppins, and for that he and others walked down into the audience and for his last line he was looking right at me and he winked and took off his cap :P

Gosh, I was so bored yesterday, the forums were out when I got up and they have been out all day today until now.
So I spent the day on Chatango, a chat site I use to get one.
