"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Anyways, just got back from 9: Aside from the okay ending (pretty much the same as the short it's from), it was Freaking Amazing! They could have had more scenes with 7 and 8, but meh it's all good. And is it just me or is there something awesome about a girl(?) wearing a bird skull for a helmet?
Just started my first day of school here, that should be interesting. I'm taking 2 biologies, a chem, psychology, and retaking physics from last year - different teacher, so this year I have a chance to pass it too!

Okay, in the whole pirates vs ninjas, I'd have to go with ninjas. 'Cause ninjas have to be hired to kill people. Pirates do it of their own volition. But the One Piece pirates are just absolute win. Konoha's got nothing on them, in my opinion. Particularly since lately the plot for Naruto has been going totally screwy; I know a lot of my friends are reading it just to see if a certain character will die already or not.

I actually still own my copy of Yellow - apparently Pikachu is out for my blood in it though, I tried using a Thunderstone which gives Pikachu an incurable hate towards you

If I recall correcrtly, In ninja-pirate-cowboy the ninja does win. Though.... for some reason when we play the pirate somehow got changed into a bear sometime over the last few years. bear-ninja-cowboy just isn't quite as fun. Better than rock-paper-scissors, though.
Anywho, off to school, as per the norm. First football game today. Whoo. We know the first two songs... pretty well. We wouldn't get too many stars at a competition, but football crowds really aren't that picky. First time putting my uniform on since Memorial Day.... but this time we won't SWEAT to death in that miserable heat.

Hi! I'll be getting Heart Gold when it gets an English release, even though I don't actually need any of the pokémon for my collection. G/S was my favorite set until D/P, just because of the sheer amount of things to do. It'll be interesting to see what new features they add to the remake, though I still think the names are overly corny.
Only a couple more days till my GDC trip and I've still got a lot to get done. I'll get back on the forums tonight after I've made some progress on my to-do list.

Hah, I was thinking the same thing when he said that Poik. I gotta go with Mandi on the debate though, his reasons are the same as mine. Except for the Naruto stuff, since I've never read the manga/watched the show. But y'know, since POTC came out, everyone else I know thinks that pirates would win...you think now that Twilight's become so popular, it'll become a Pirate-Ninja-Cowboy-Vampire debate?

Marching band went goodly. Not incredible, but quite good for the first show. Plus, the football team won, always a plus. Close game. Shouted myself hoarse.
Ugh... though, having 3 trumpets (we're supposedly getting a 4th, but he hasn't shown up to practice) is tough. Especially when you're one of two trumpets on 1st trumpet and you have the melody, and the other one is taking a break to rest their chops, and you need one badly, too. Trumpet, like other brass instruments, is physically demanding when it comes to high notes.
Overall, it was awesome being back in marching band. I missed it sooo much.
Oh, and Gar, you totally made my day with the Band Dictionary. Just felt like putting that out there.
