Hi! I don't read American comics, though I'm moderately knowledgable about them due to some friends who do and the recent popularity of super hero movies. Enough to know how ridiculously convoluted their storylines get, anyway. Disney is generally pretty awesome though, so I think people are worrying too much about the buyout. And WS, Disney wasn't the one who made Power Rangers, they just ended up buying the company that owned the rights to it at some point.

I...actually don't have a favorite superhero, never having gotten much into American comics/TV series. I mean, I liked watching the Roadrunner outwit the coyote and make him hurt himself, but that was about it. I was more of a book person those days (Harry Potter, Animorphs, etc.). Then when I was 12 or 13, I discovered the Internet and roleplaying. Some time after ninth grade, I went fanatic over manga. So...I really don't have a favorite superhero. I did like the live action version of X-Men, though. In particular, Wolverine (just 'cause claws and crazy healing powers is an awesome combination).

I'll ask my friend for ya, he got one 2 years ago when we went on this florida trip - that, and a whip. He then decided it was necessary to go all Indiana Jones on Elmo. Very strange, very humorous stuff! One thing we learned from that though: Tickle Me Elmo is nigh impossible to break.

I know, but I thought they should've stopped already when they bought Saban, the only good Power Rangers. Either way Power Rangers is a rip-off of Super Sentai, especially Disney's, and that's why I don't trust them. I like the older Disney with all the classic movies and such.

Anyways, yet again, I'll be very unactive from now on. I need to deal with some real life issues these days... :( I'm already in trouble with my girlfriend, close to breaking up...

Hey.

Okay, so me and most of the people on my DI team went to Fudruckers (a resturaunt) tonight for our last day of summer. For some reason, they had a balloon guy there, who was walking from table to table making awesome things out of balloons. He came to our table, and it was awesome. He was sooooooo good! He made an awesome hat for my friend that made it look like his head was inside an alligator's mouth. He made awesome mouse ears for me and a matching mouse nose. He learned my friend liked Rolling Stones, and he made an amazing hat that had the Rolling Stones lips symbol-thing at the top. And, for my other friend, he made one that looked like a monkey was heating his head. A demented one, at that. He drew in these crazy eyes. It was amazing.

The balloon guy (we decided to call him Steve, he looked like a Steve) was really funny as well. He thanks my friend (a girl) for being pretty, then thanks me for being pretty. He then says that the two remaining people at the table (they were the two guys in our group) were too nervous to thank us for being pretty, then proceeded to say that guys aren't pretty. :P It was funny.

That guy was amazing. He was so funny, he kept making fun of himself and of boys in general. It was hilarious. He gave our two guy friends a couple of those long balloons that are impossible to blow up without the pump, and says "If you guys blow those up, the girls will pay for your meals."

He totally made my day. It was great.

My mom just told me to "take a break" from all things related to manga and anime "for a while" to try getting my head back into the real world instead of drifting around with, for example, the One Piece crew or something. I'm not much in the mood to tell her it'd take a lot more than taking away my manga and anime to make me stop thinking of them, and that to lose interest altogether, it'd take at the very least several years.
There's a reason I have a separate category for my obsessions than for my interests.
In other news, I found a hilarious fail fortune cookie that wasn't made right. You can see into the middle of it and read the fortune without even breaking open the cookie. I'll probably take a photograph of it for laughs and then eat it. That batch of cookies was starting to get a little stale, and the fail cookie's the last of them.

I wasn't having one of the best days yesterday but hopefully today will be better. Since I had nothing better to do yesterday I'll probably take the entire day off from the computer. It's tempting, but I can do it. :D

So, on Monday I got sick with what might be the flu. Yesterday and the day before, I stayed home from school. Today I feel good enough to go to school. YAY!

Now it's not as though I like school, far from it. It's that if I don't miss three days, I'm exempt from exams! Now there's an incentive not to miss school.

Hi! Only a few days of vacation left. *sighs* Oh well, I shouldn't be too busy with classes this coming semester so I'll (hopefully) have plenty of time to spend working on my game project and doing other stuff, at least once GDC Austin is finished.

Ugh. I really can not focus today, and I've got a lot of make up work to do. At least there's a three day weekend. Plenty of time for me to get it all done.

I don't know what's worst, my social life or my little brother's school life... Most of my friends today have become really immature and doing terrible things behind their parents' backs, which I don't want to explain here. So anyway... I am currently in one of these really intense situations. I will be off PV for a few days, meaning I won't play any games or doing any roleplays.

The deal is, I have many real life issues I need to deal with, and I can't keep track of both internet and real life. To sum up, I'll be offline or inactive until I've dealt with these situations.

Well, I'm a sophomore now! Fun stuff. No longer a li'l freshie. Already got plenty of homework, and I'm still working on getting myself into a chem class. Not liking my teachers this year as much as last year... well, at least most of my teachers. Hated my enviornmental science teacher last year.

Bleh... plently of homework already, though. Should get to that, shouldn't I?
