No, it's supposed to be over the fire, that's why it's called a hot tub.

Also, this forum runs kind of like England;s governmant. Or a ship. Phonox is the figure head and Josiah's the Captain. Silver and Shauni are the first and second mates(it's yours to decide who exactly is the first and second mate) while everyone else are the crew members. Yeah, that analogy works better than the the British Governmant one.
