Ya. Even though your one post said you'd kill one before the next day I don't think someone that high up on the chain will go down so easly or this early in the RP. Besides you don't have to kill people all the time. And you do have Shinta in the group that you could do something with.

I don't know why but I just can't seem to help that I get the feeling I'm treating Gil more like a dog then anything. I really should probably stop unless that's part of Gil's nature is to obay someone.

It's fine! Gil's not a dog, but despite that he's a cat, it actually is in his nature to obey the person he views as his master.

For the record, Sakria can sense the prescence of any demons within a certain range. So if any demons or part demons enter Kyoto I need to know since she'll probably scence them.

Sorry but I did have to DP this to get attention drawn to it.

Actually Emperor Kōmei was the Emperor and he didn't support western influences and tried to slow down or stop the Shogunate. He supported the groups who tried to keep Japan the way it was but kept being upstaged by the Shogunate. He died young though and his son took over, disbaneded the Shogunate and did the oposite of his father.

So all in all the Emperor was aginst the Shinsengumi at least from what I've been reading.

Click on the links to Sonnō jōi on the Shinsengumi Wiki page and also click on the Link for the Emperor to really get a full picture. What I said in this post is what I concluded after reading all that. Even for fun I read about his son too :)

So this comes up with a good question. What is Zaka really trying to do then? The current Emperor has the same views as he does. I can only really justify Zaka's current plan by saying that he doesn't think the current Emperor is doing enough to stop the influance and he thinks he can do better.
