Well, Game Freak is the developer but Nintendo is the one that owns them so they really own all the rights too.

I've come up with a few rough sketches for the ROM designs for T-shirts and mouse matts and mugs. I'll clean them up a little and post them here.

josiah, let me know what you need from me and i'll get them to you. If you like, I could even mail you the orignal drawings.

I e-mailed Shauni with the details. We'll start out with 2 PV and 2 ROM desings. Not sure what Shauni is planning for ROM but for PV we'll have "Beware the grass!" and "Because Rubies and Sapphires are too expensive." designs. There will be t-shirts, and maybe something else like a mouse pad or a mug. More details will come once they're closer to release.

why don't we have a design or phrase relating to Brenden's bad aim of pokeballs? just don't put brendan on if it's a shirt. make it so if he were out of the picture, but there's a trown pokeball on there for example.

Wow, that's pretty cool.

I can handle the text, had plenty of practice with doing all sorts of text stuff in my graphic design work.

So anyway, now that I've got this image I'll work on the text and the the 'rubies and sapphires are too expensive' design and do any size or whatever tweaking I need to so they'll work with the shirts (naturally I'll do said tweaking with the ROM designs too once they're done). Cause of my limited internet, and not always predictable schedule, not sure exactly when I'll have everything done. Earliest would probably be a couple weeks and latest would be shortly after I return to the US (so mid to late April), assuming the ROM images are finished by then anyway, since I'd like to launch all the shirts at once.

The ROM images are next on my list. As for this image, I’ll send you the full size coloured image. That is WAY scaled down, also, if you’d like I have the B&W scan in case you fancy trying colouring yourself.

Hmm... For what I'm gonna be doing with them, png would probably be best. At least since I don't think you have a program that does really good jpgs.
