In other news, my cat is having kittens! Like, right now! In my closet! Since my town celebrates Pirate day today, I should be able to convince the others to name them after One Piece characters. ...So, counting those two kittens we found a while back, that brings to total to... at least eleven, possibly more. "Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! If anywhere has the sprites you want this place probably does. As for making a comic, you can certainly use Paint. PV was done in Paint for a while as was Bob & George and other comics. So yeah, it can be done and if you work at it hard enough your stuff can look fairly good. But Photoshop is about a zillion times better in every way. I mean layers alone make a huge difference.
