Jambo! My basement flooded once... it's not like it matters since no one ever goes down there, and I think it helped with the flea problem.

Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate." Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! Yesterday was really busy, which is why I didn't get on. I would have had time but then I got stuck in traffic for over an hour (aren't big cities fun <_< ).
