<_< That's because I'm kinda overloaded with work. It's the last week-and-a-half of school, and finals are coming up, and my teachers seem determined to work us all to death. So sorry, but you probably won't get your fusion until June 23-ish, as that's the last day of school...also known as "ditch day" at my school because we can just ditch all the classes we're supposed to be going to, go play video games in some classroom, and not get in trouble...XD

Mute, what are you requesting? Splice or fusion? Because if you leave it like that, I automatically assume you want a splice...

Eh...hard to explain...

There isn't all that much difference, but a fusion is like a splice to the extreme. For example, for a splice I just recolor things and stick arms, legs, wings, tails, etc. onto the base sprite. For fusions...I do the eyes, some body parts, and stuff like that...So the two Pokemon are more combined, sorta...
