A: I'M CANADIAN. I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE. INSTEAD I SPEAK FRENCH, AND I CAN BARELY EVEN DO THAT DESPITE LIVING LESS THAN TEN MILES FROM THE ONTARIO/QUEBEC BORDER.
