All I know is Alienware is awesome. Other than that I can't help you. I don't even know why yet.

Vista may be a good OS, but I'm waiting for full backwards compatibility before switching. I'm tired of having problems connecting to old printers and new LANs, and that's just from the XP switch.
When VT forces me to get Vista, I will, until then, I'll stick to a system where I can access the Documents and Settings without hacking into the computer.

Also, XP installation disks are currently running for what? $100? $200?... It's usually a high price.

The AP Stat exam was easier than the practice ones we took... That's a bit concerning. The curve is going to be a killer one then. AP Lit tomorrow.

God, last year's AP "Language and Composition"... The first essay was about why or why not the penny should be removed from use. It was... pretty ridiculous. Multiple choice was easy though.

Hi! This is one of those days where I just keep getting more and more things to do piling up... I almost have to wonder if the first month or two of skill will be more relaxing than my vacation...
I'm reading Mistborn though, which is awesome. As is Castlevania Order of Ecclesia, which I'm playing (well, not today, but when I have time).

Alienware makes good systems, particularily if you're a really serious gamer, but they're extremely expensive.
If anyone has specific issues with Vista, feel free to ask me for help.

Hey.

Arg....kinda pissed off right now. Me and my hockey team (well most of us) are doing a walk for cancer, and we had to fundraise $100. Now, being the lazy butt I am, I TOTALLY forgot about that until like a week ago. I asked her when the money was due, and she said the 16th, but it was really the 6th. So, now we owe them $100 bucks. My dad's gonna prolly make that come from MY pocket. Now that I just bought a laptop, I ESPECIALLY can't afford that 100 dollars. Dang it....

Wow. I just reading Kevin and Kell after at least three weeks. That was one of the longest archive binge I've ever had. Let's put this in perspective here. Kevin and Kell is one of the oldest, if the the first, webcomics ever. It has started in September 3rd, 1995, and has about 4871 strips.

I have a lot of free time on my hands now and I don't know what to do with it.

By the way, I call dibs on this in Webcomic of the week club.

I had an extremely good first half of the week. Then it started sucking.

I... asked a girl out to the staff-student hockey game. And she said yes! The only problem there is that a jealous guy named Joel decided that he wouldn't let me go out with her, and he told me that, confronted me, and beat me. I really didn't care, because I would still go with her. Joel goes up to her and says "Jason stalks you." It all went downhill by then. Let's say that I'm just going with my friends. In my rant I said that I didn't want to go out with anyone. Things can change in a few days.

My electronics! My TV, my Wii, my Compy - all of them are DEAD! Wii's system files are corrupt, and the Wii is being fixed. Compy has no internet, and we have no cable. No Hockey Games. I go to school not knowing if Pittsburgh won!

Oh dear,quite sorry to hear about your misfortunes.My friend has had some huge misfortune himself,his house and part of his camper caught fire.Fortunely his whole family is alright and staying at a hotel.The smoke damage was really bad and he lost a lot of things(Amazingly his mother's 2 bibles and angel statues were okay...). I lent him some dvds to watch so he would'nt be bored,but I still feel sad that he has to stay in a hotel which is probaly really boring.I really wish there was more I could do to help...

Ah, school computers. In my opinion, they're the only place where you would ever want to ALT-F4. So a quick question for any computer folk here, Dell has failed me and Alienware will make my wallet bleed. Which brands are good, but not $2K for a laptop good?
