Yeah, I hate fighting for tables too. In my school, just as we'd gotten used to the general area in which we would sit, the janitors actually moved the seats on us (moved round tables, split the long square ones, etc). It drove us crazy trying to find new places to sit.

That happened too last year, 'cept all of the tables are rectangular in the middle school. But, EVERYTHING got rearranged, and it was all obnoxious and stuff. My friends and I were all split up like crazy, and it made me sad.

Heso! You were allowed to eat wherever you wanted? Dang. We, apparently, have to go to the cafeteria. They won't even open up the friggin' courtyard for us, and apparently sitting on the floor is frowned upon, too... so what's a mystery to me is why on earth they would decide it's a good idea to remove a table entirely. The people that sat there stole our table, so then we had to steal someone else's table, which they weren't too happy about... I kind of wonder, the direction it's heading in... I've never been in a fight before. If I watch enough violent cartoons, will I be able to hold my own?

My high school's cafeteria didn't have the space for all the students, so everyone just sat all over the place, usually just on the floor near their own lockers, or around the random pillars that the architects thought would look cool.Silver wrote:Heso! Wow, Aussie schools are very different from yours. Pretty much the whole school is the eating area, except for the classrooms, even then if your there for a extra curriculum activity, you may be allowed to eat in there depending on who the teacher is that's with you.
There's plenty of seats and tables, but their kind of fixed to the ground so they can't be stolen overnight. And defiantly not enough of them, but there are seats and stairs and plenty of ground to sit on.
