Hauntiwhirl can't evolve into a Gengar/Politoed combination. There are no branch evolutions and there never will be. IPA automatically evolve at 5 and 15 wins - that's how Opal set it up. If I were to release Branch evolutions, I'd have to release trade evolutions, evolution stones, and most importantly, happiness evolution. I really don't care to keep track of happiness, and even if I did... How would I justify having max happiness with less than thirty wins? It just isn't going to work. "Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant

Eh... I've been considering something like that for a while, but then I decided... there would have to be a daily IC charge. Right now, most people don't have enough cash to justify paying IC daily when they could just as easily post in the Wild IPA topic, which costs no money and would gain EXP faster (assuming they grow at a rate similar to the one you proposed).
