Okay, the comic I picked for the week is Brat-halla. If you don't get get the pun, shame upon thee.
If you couldn't figure it out from the title (shame on thee), it's a comic about Norse Mythology. And, as the title also implies, it's about kids--so, we take Thor, Loki, Balder, etc. and make them kids... and then we get the amusing adventures of this comic. I'm a huge fan of Norse mythology, sooo... yeah :P
Art gets better as you go on, and, after the beginning, pretty much everything is in full color.
There are a few kind of innapropriate references here and there, but it's not that bad compared to some of the other comics that have been up.
Near the beginning is mainly just a bunch of one shots, but, as you go on, there are larger arcs, such as the Pantheon games where we get to see a little of the other pantheons. Yaaaay mythology~
An interesting new character is Odineye, Odin's vengeful eyeball that was rather irritated when it was thrown into the well so that Odin might gain wisdom. And, there are twists on traditional characters in Norse mythology, such as the rock star Fenrir[url].
And, just a [url=http://brat-halla.com/comic/96-skuul-intimidation-factor/]few favorite comics.
And, I think that's it, yo. Awesomes!
