Here's the rules of the Web Comic of the Week Club.

Note: An italicized name means that person has to post about the current comic to remain in the club. A bolded name means it's that person's week to share a comic.

Rules:
Every wednesday one person will be the club host for the week (we'll go in the order of the list above). The host should make a new thread named after their comic. In the thread they must post a link to the web comic as well as some comments on the comic and link to some favorite strips if. Club members should then read said comic (if you don't have time to read the whole comic read at least 50 strips) and post their thoughts on it at some point during the week. The comic will be discussed until the following wednesday when the next host takes over.

Attendence:
If a club member misses two weeks in a row (as in does not read and comment on two comics in a row) that person is dropped from the member list. They can post in this thread to rejoin, but they'll drop to the bottom of the member list. Naturally, this rule does not apply to people who are on vacation, have a broken computer, or similiar extenuating circumstances.

So, what do you think? I thought it would be nice if every comic had its own thread. That was members (both new and old) could easily go back and look at previously discussed comics. So I gave the club its own section and even broke the original thread into seperate threads for each comic.

So from now, whoever's week it is will make a new thread for their comic (the thread should be named after the comic). Threads will be locked once their week is over. This thread is for OOC. New members can join here, old members can leave, we can discuss the rules, and the like. The first post will always contain the current rules and member list.

Well, since it kind of died for a while and came back, we couldn't just assume everyone from before was still in.

I'd like to rejoin please. I have a tone of new comics i'd like to suggest and i'm always up for new comics

Reminder that it's Opal's week. Also, if you're a memeber please try to read and post on the new comic every week. If we keep getting so few responses I might have to start a rule that if you miss too many comics you miss your own week, or something to that extent.

This rule will go into effect starting with tomorrow's comic.

I won't be able to post for my week, or for the week after, so I'll let Nabmaster and Neo post their comics, then post mine the week i get home.
