The Web Comic of the Week Club: Rules and Misc Discussion
Re: The Web Comic of the Week Club: Rules and OOC
Since no one has posted yet, my comic is staying up for another week. Do we need to change this to every other week again?

Hey, I've got an alibi! My computer was Blue Screening for most of the week! I've read a little bit of Megatokyo before, unfortunately not enough to post about it, but...
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Yeah, you've got a good reason. But I doubt everyone's computers were dying.

busy with school work. And I was disctracted.

It's ok. But if everyone is gonna be fairly busy, we might want to change the club to every other week for a while so people have two weeks to read the comics.

Bah. Stupid... distracting Mushishi... I swear, I'm going to read megatokyo. Just... not in time for the... two weeks I've had to read it...

err, I've got my opinion, I just don't have time to give it. Tommarow, perhaps?

Well, it's Silver's turn but if he wants to leave Megatokyo up for one more week I'm ok with it. Mainly because I'm not gonna have time to read any comics this week what with visiting my grandparents over the weekend and then Rosh Hashanna...
Re: The Web Comic of the Week Club: Rules and OOC
For the record, Silver's comic will stay open for two weeks. Otherwise I'm not gonna get a chance to read it.

Hey, Silver, are you a mind reader?
Cuz the day you posted that comic, earlier on in the day my sister found that comic from a different website.

May the Triforce be with you.

How did you know? My entire goal was to give Gar and his "Amazing Psychic Powers" a run for their money.
...No, but seriously, that's a pretty cool coincedence. Directions of Destiny is fun times.

Look, I respect your introtopic gimmic, so the least you could do is to respect mine.Silver wrote:How did you know? My entire goal was to give Gar and his "Amazing Psychic Powers" a run for their money.
Uh, the lack of review is due to marching contests, football games, practice, and a lot of homework. I probably won't be able to be fairly consistant. Could I drop out untill the end of October?

Club is on hiatus until people have time again. I've got enough time for it, but seeing as no one besides me has posted in Silver's comic yet, I guess most of you don't.
Re: The Web Comic of the Week Club: Rules and OOC
Seems like it's about time to get the club going again. So, who is interested in joining / rejoining?
